Bride with white hair is the representative work of Liang Yusheng, a famous Chinese martial arts novelist. This work was serialized for the first time in the Arabian Nights in the New Evening News from 1957 to 1958. The story is set in the autumn of forty-three years of Wanli in Ming Dynasty. The protagonist Zhuo Yihang is the grandson of Zhuo Zhonglian, governor of Yunnan and Guizhou. Zhuo Yihang's father, Zhuo Jixian, used to be an assistant minister of the Ministry of Finance, but was later framed and imprisoned and died.
