Yang guang's most domineering poem
When it comes to Yang Guang, Emperor Yang Di, I believe everyone has similar comments on him, such as what is ridiculous, being the head of a bad king, abusing people and digging the Grand Canal. But are these really evidences of the debauchery of Emperor Yang Di? Didn't the Grand Canal benefit future generations? Didn't Emperor Yang Di also establish the imperial examination system?

Based on his curiosity about Emperor Yang Di, Bian Xiao wondered what Emperor Yang Di had done all his life. To Bian Xiao's shock, he didn't know Yang Di's political achievements and his poems. I graduated from Bianxiao University, but I heard for the first time that Emperor Yang Di, who was originally famous for being a bad king, was actually a poet with outstanding literary talent. You may not believe it, but Bian Xiao didn't explain much. Today, let Bian Xiao lead you to appreciate the poems of Emperor Yang Di, so that you can appreciate the literary talent of this bad king.

Bian Xiao first discovered two famous poems of the emperor, which were written by Chen, the famous flower king in the back garden of Yushu. The most famous one is Zhang's "Moonlit Night on the Spring River", but before Zhang, Emperor Yang Di also wrote two poems. Let's take a look at one of them:

The twilight river is quiet and the spring flowers are blooming. The waves will leave the moon, and the tide will bring stars.

If we don't mention the author, Bian Xiao completely thinks that this is a famous poem that needs to be recited in the textbook. Well, this level of poetry is entirely the work of Du Li and Bai Yuan, which is really not inferior. In particular, the last sentence "the waves will go to the moon, and the tides will come to the stars" is really a good sentence that can be recited through the ages. Bian Xiao can imagine this picture with his eyes closed. The night scene of this sentence, and another sentence, "I don't know the sky is in the water after I get drunk, and my dreams are full of boats and stars", is love like oxygen?

Let's appreciate it from an artistic point of view. This poem is rigorous, harmonious in sound and rhyme, elegant in artistic conception and intriguing, with a combination of rigidity and softness, without the moans of the later Huajian school. It is simply the most beautiful sentence in the world. Bian Xiao went to look for such a good poem. Only Shen Deqian praised it in The Source of Ancient Poetry. His evaluation is: "Can make elegant and correct language, better than Chen Houzhu". Actually, it's better than Chen Houzhu. If Bian Xiao were Emperor Yang Di, he would climb out of the coffin with anger.

Yang Di not only wrote Moonlit Night on the Spring River, but also wrote the famous Drinking Horses in the Great Wall Cave. The original text is too long to fit in, so Bian Xiao intercepted a passage for everyone to enjoy:

Strike the gold and stop, and the drums will flourish. Ride a thousand times to drink horses in the Great Wall Cave. Autumn clouds are beyond the Great Wall, and fog is dark in Guan Shanyue. On the edge of the rock, riding a horse, holding an empty bonfire. Excuse me, Khan called on North Korea at the time of the Great Wall.

I didn't expect Yang Di, who grew up in the palace, to master this kind of poetry in the style of the Great Wall. Moreover, these words have broad artistic conception, lofty scenery, solemn and stirring style, and the emperor's domineering spirit, which simply exceeds those famous frontier poets. The sentence "Autumn clouds are beyond the Great Wall, and Guan Shanyue is foggy" simply copied "The desert is lonely and smoke is straight, and the long river sets the yen"?

Besides frontier poems, Yang Di also wrote many excellent works describing rural scenery.

West Western jackdaw flies several times, and the water flows around the lonely village. Where the sunset was about to set, I looked at the darkness and disappeared.

These four poems are simply the representatives of pastoral poems in later generations, and because they are written so well, they are also used by many poets in later generations. For example, Qin Guan's poem "Outside the setting sun, there are ten thousand points in west Western jackdaw, and the water flows around the lonely village" in Man Fang Ting is the poem of Emperor Yang Di, and the poem "Tianjingsha Qiu Si" has also been used.

Such an excellent work was buried because of a "bad king" in the history books. Bian Xiao didn't want to whitewash Emperor Yang Di, but he wrote such a good work. Bian Xiao wants more people to see that if you are not blinded by the word "bad king", you will not see the achievements of Emperor Yang Di and his brilliant poems.
