The famous sentences are: I will mount a long wind some day and break the heavy waves, and set my cloudy sail straight and bridge the deep, deep sea.
pure wine costs, for the golden cup, ten thousand coppers a flagon, jade dishes are worth ten thousand yuan.
I fling aside my food-sticks and cup, I cannot eat nor drink, I pull out my dagger, I peer four ways in vain.
I would cross the Yellow River, but ice chokes the ferry, it will be snowing in the Taihang Mountains.
I would sit and poise a fishing-pole, lazy by a brook, but I suddenly dream of riding a boat, sailing for the sun.
it is hard to go! Journeying is hard Don't go astray! Whither today.
I will mount a long wind some day and break the heavy waves, and set my cloudy sail straight and bridge the deep, deep sea.
This is the first of three it is hard to go poems written by Li Bai. Judging from the content, this group of poems should have been written when Li Bai left Chang 'an in the third year of Tianbao (AD 774).
The first four sentences of the poem write that out of deep friendship for Li Bai, out of regret that such a genius was abandoned, a friend gave a farewell dinner for him at no expense. However, in the face of golden wine and jade dishes, we can only "stop drinking" and "draw our swords and look around", and we are at a loss.
"I would cross the Yellow River, but ice chokes the ferry, it will be snowing in the Taihang Mountains." It symbolizes the difficulties and obstacles on the road of life. Talent and knowledge are like Li Bai. He was once appreciated by Emperor Xuanzong of the Tang Dynasty in the court, but he "gave money back" because the villain was greedy.
In the future life, fishing at leisure is like Jiang Shang (Jiang Taigong) who was hired by Zhou Wenwang to help King Wen win the country. There is another story in history: Yi Yin dreamed that he sailed around the sun and moon by boat before being hired by Tang. Recalling the experiences of these two historical figures, the poet has new confidence in the future.
"it is hard to go! Journeying is hard There are many roads, is it safe now? " The road ahead is difficult, although there will be opportunities in the future, but all kinds of difficulties, obstacles and contradictions flash in the poet's mind. Finally, out of the poet's own desire, perseverance and determination to actively join the WTO, he sang such an eternal famous sentence: "I will mount a long wind some day and break the heavy waves, and set my cloudy sail straight and bridge the deep, deep sea."
This poem * * * has fourteen sentences and eighty-two words, which is a short story among the seven-character lines. However, the ups and downs of feelings, leaping thinking and high momentum in the poem make it a masterpiece praised by future generations.
