Intellectual property rights are strong. If it refers to the amount of intellectual property rights owned and the strength of protection, then the United States is the first choice. Ranking fourth, I feel it may be South Korea, because South Korea is the fastest-growing place after Japan. However, because South Korea’s domestic market is too small, it is far behind China. Therefore, from In terms of market value, it is reasonable for China to rank fourth.

China’s intellectual property rights cannot be ranked among the top three, mainly due to two points. First, the rule of law is backward and the market economy is not yet mature. Second, the establishment of the intellectual property protection system is too short, only thirty years, and the market-oriented development has only taken a decade or so.

As far as future development is concerned, if China can achieve judicial independence, legislative power with high public opinion authorization, and stable market development, then China’s intellectual property capabilities will undoubtedly become a powerful country in the world, ranking among the top two. It's a sure win.
