Using the standards of modern political science, we find that:
In the history of human political civilization, only China has established a political employment system with political loyalty and professional ability-social meritorious service system!
In the history of human political civilization, only China has fully developed a form of non-governmental supervision other than departmental supervision-universal supervision!
In the history of human political civilization, only China has achieved the unity of blood and land, a huge civilized organism that transcends national boundaries, through equal labor and free marriage!
Look at the poor copying of China's social meritorious service system by the United States federal code! (Merit system principle) Look at how the western countries with separation of powers were kidnapped by a corporate society composed of large enterprises, banks and government officials (some people translated it as "corporate")! Look at the democratic and human rights standards that the United States can't cross the border (American troops stationed in Iraq can only practice democracy and freedom carefully in strict military camps, and the Iraqi people are far from democracy and freedom)! At this moment, can we turn a blind eye to the Chinese civilization that has lasted for thousands of years and occupied the world political center for a long time?
The theoretical basis of China's classical politics can be summarized into six words: Tao gives birth to law, and law gives birth to morality; The two pillars of China's classical political science are the social meritorious service system and the national supervision system; The ultimate goal of China's classical political science is to establish a human organism with the unity of blood and land through equal labor and free marriage. The content is as follows:
1. Tao begets law, and law begets virtue.
In order to explain that China's classical politics is a complete system, we take the three classical political classics of China, I, The Four Classics of Huangdi and Zhou Li, as the basis of our discussion.
China people's world outlook is naturalistic. Our ancestors believed that social law originated from natural order and law was the basis of morality. It advocates conforming to heaven and man, establishing morality by law and consolidating law by virtue to realize the harmonious and balanced development of society.
The Four Classics of the Yellow Emperor begins with "Tao gives birth to law": "Tao gives birth to law. Those who practice the dharma gain and lose from the rope, and those who have made meritorious deeds (also). Those who hold the Tao are born with the law and dare to do it (also). When a law is enacted, it is (also) abolished. □ I can lead myself to the rope, and then I can see the world without confusion. " This passage means that Tao, as the origin of the universe, produces various statutes, and law determines the success or failure of things just like rope and ink distinguish the good from the bad. Therefore, once a law is enacted, it cannot be violated, and once it is enacted, it cannot be abolished. Therefore, if we can use the method of rope ink to correct ourselves, then we can know the truth of everything in the world without being confused.
"Law begets virtue" can be interpreted as that all laws are aimed at teaching people, removing lewd behaviors and bad customs, and making them do good. (Bamboo Slips of Qin Tomb in Sleeping Tiger Land) Original text: Anyone who is ordered by the law should teach the people, get rid of their lewdness, avoid their vulgarity, and make them good [also]) The Book of Shang Jun says that the people say, "Punishment gives birth to strength, strength gives birth to strength, Johnson Wei, virtue and virtue are prosperous.
The author of the Four Classics of the Yellow Emperor believes that only by governing the country according to law and not serving the people with subjective will can we realize the "virtue of heaven and earth"-the love of the world and the love of the people. The four classics of the Yellow Emperor Zheng Jun: Statues are the most just. Rule the country according to law, but not arbitrarily. The law cannot be changed. Only by acting in accordance with the law, impartially and clearly rewarding and punishing can we win the trust of the people. This is the way to govern the country. Only by omitting complicated political affairs, appropriately collecting taxes and not encroaching on the people's farming season can the country's politics be stable. If a monarch is not as strict and loving as his parents, he cannot make his people serve him effectively. If you wait for the virtue of people like children, then the universe is vast.
At the policy level, every moral principle at the beginning of Zhou Dynasty is supported by law. Zhou Li local official Stuart II Da Situ: Eight punishments were used to picket all the people in the countryside, one was unfilial, the other was disharmony with the nine clans, the third was the punishment of not loving relatives in marriage, the fourth was the punishment of not loving brothers, the fifth was the punishment of not trusting friends, the sixth was the punishment of not helping the poor, the seventh was the punishment of making rumors, and the eighth was the punishment of gathering people to make trouble.
By the Qin dynasty, the law of "law gives birth to virtue" had been very perfect. 1975, a large number of legal bamboo slips of Qin Dynasty were unearthed in Yunmeng Sleeping Tiger Land, Hubei Province. Among them, "Questions and Answers on Bamboo Slips of Qin Tomb in Sleeping Tiger Land" clearly stipulates that everyone has the legal obligation to help each other. It said that anyone who asks for help when theft occurs in the neighborhood should be convicted according to law; Where a thief kills people on the main road and people on the roadside fail to help them within a hundred steps, they will be fined two pieces of armor.
From the Tang Dynasty to the Qing Dynasty, due to the Confucianization of China Code and China's political civilization, "law gives birth to morality" gradually became a praise for moral behavior, and the support of law for morality became weaker and weaker —— in the discussion and debate on governing the country by law and by virtue, China people have lost their basic memory of the principle of "law gives birth to morality".
"Law gives birth to morality" objectively requires a criminal policy of heavier punishment than lighter punishment. More than 2,000 years ago, Shang Yang School theoretically demonstrated the weakness of western criminal policies, pointing out that such criminal policies would only lead to social chaos and national weakness. Shang Jun's Book on People V: If people are punished with severe punishment for minor crimes, minor crimes will not happen and serious crimes will not appear. This is called running the country and keeping the country safe. In the application of punishment, if a felony is committed, it will be severely punished, and if a misdemeanor is committed, it will be lightly punished. Therefore, minor crimes cannot be stopped, and serious crimes cannot be stopped. This is called chaos control by people. Therefore, if the misdemeanor is severely punished, then the punishment can be accomplished and the country will be strong; The use of punishment is heavy or light, so although punishment is used, crimes will still occur and the country will be weakened.
2. Social meritorious service system and national supervision system
The two pillars of China's classical political science are the social meritorious service system and the national supervision system. The social meritorious service system, which originated in the Spring and Autumn Period and matured in the Warring States Period, broke the boundary between nobles and common people, and the lineage and inheritance system gradually improved. It makes the descendants of those who have made social contributions lose their titles, and if they don't make efforts to contribute to society, they will become ordinary people. An immortal monument in the history of human civilization has established a political employment system that combines political loyalty with professional ability-social meritorious service system!
Social resources are not allocated according to capital and ideology, but according to the contribution to society, which has become the basic feature of politics in Qin and Han Dynasties. Mr. Bu Xianqun from the Institute of History of China Academy of Social Sciences made a detailed study of this new system. In his view, the system of social meritorious service had a great influence on the early administrative civil service system in China, which was mainly manifested in the following characteristics: First, "the state awarded officials with merit"; Second, "Shu Ren has great glory"; Third, "no official is light."
The influence of eastern and western civilizations is often a mistake. At first, what westerners saw was China who was as fragile as a vase after Confucianism. Starting from the19th century, the west used China's imperial examination system for reference and established a civil service system. In fact, the west claimed to implement a meritocracy system. If we compare the meritocracy in the appendix at the end of the article with the meritocracy in China's golden age, it is not difficult to find the weakness of western political civilization.
First of all, western politics is based on the imperial examination system, so it also inherits the disadvantages of the imperial examination system, that is, memorizing knowledge is the performance of professional ability in political employment, while the political employment standards of China's social meritorious service system are military merit and meritorious service, which objectively realizes the unity of professional ability and political loyalty. Western politics is not like this. They separated their professional ability from the standard of political loyalty and established two systems. One is the administrative officer system, which is still organized according to the principle of pirates sharing stolen goods, and members advance and retreat synchronously with political parties. The other is the clerk system, and its employment principle is the merit system. This dual configuration violates the standards of modern political science, because political personnel seek the unity of morality (political loyalty) and talent (professional ability) in individuals, rather than dividing the whole society into a qualified system of political loyalty and a qualified system of professional ability.
Secondly, China's social meritorious service system has broken the identity boundary, placing all people (except the hereditary supreme leader) in a completely equal position. Western modern political science is not like this. The choice of administrative officials is based on capital, and whoever has more money can divide up the spoils of state power. Studies by western scholars have found that except for 3% and 10% of the total number of voters who make rational political choices according to certain political beliefs or opinions, the vast majority of voters are directly controlled by propaganda and public opinion supported by capital. Take the United States as an example During the 30 years from 1950s to 1980s after World War II, the United States held 10 general elections, in which the candidate with the highest newspaper support rate was finally elected eight times. The remaining two times, one was the general election of 1960. At that time, the United States was in a serious economic crisis, which was very unfavorable to Nixon, the vice president who had been in power for eight years. Kennedy used the social psychology of seeking change to win. The other time was before the 1976 general election. President Nixon was forced to step down because of the Watergate incident. The Republican Party was notorious and the presidency was finally given to the Democratic Party.
Finally, although many institutions have been established in the West to ensure the operation of civil servants' neutral administration and performance appraisal system, in addition to the federal personnel administration, there are also merit protection committees, federal labor relations boards and federal deadlock handling groups. According to the merit system principle (9) in Section B, Part 5, Part 230 1 of the United States Federal Code, civil servants have the right to report illegal acts against public interests, but these have not escaped the scope of departmental supervision. Western countries have never established a supervisory system between people to ensure political integrity and high efficiency. Now, western political scholars are worried about whether the expanding civil service power will lead to the proliferation of bureaucracy-that is the nightmare of Chinese imperial examination system.
Western missionaries who came to China in the early days were puzzled that China, a pagan society, could live a happy life. Without God as the source and supervisor of legal contract, how can we achieve an orderly life in the world? The answer is that China people have developed a more perfect political tool than the supervision of western departments-universal supervision, that is, supervision between people.
The theoretical core of universal supervision system is joint and several liability in legal imputation. This great political creation of the Chinese nation has been regarded as a sign of the backwardness of China's legal system since Shen Jiaben first established the principle of self-blame in the late Qing Dynasty. For thousands of years, the principle of "rule by man and kiss by heart" pursued by Confucianism was completed in the hands of westernized intellectuals. Although the purpose of westernized intellectuals is to establish a society ruled by law, it backfired, and the law was promulgated, but the rule of law could not take root in China.
Archaeological discoveries in the second half of the last century made Qin and Han laws, which had disappeared for more than a thousand years, reappear in front of Chinese people. At this time, we know that the laws of Qin and Han dynasties are violent, and there is no difference in joint and several liability. The highly developed spirit of rational rule of law is reflected in the laws of Qin and Han dynasties!
China's supervision system originated very early. The universal supervision system in the Western Zhou Dynasty has been established at least among the common people, mainly for mutual assistance and responsibility (mutual protection). The article "Li Zhou Di Guan Situ Two Big Situs" said that (Big Situ) made five families form a proportion and made five families guarantee each other. Five to one so that they can trust each other. Four Lu formed a family and helped each other with the funeral. The five ethnic groups formed a political party to help each other [during the famine]. Five parties form a country, so that they can help each other. Five states form a township, which makes them respect each other.
As an expert in the history of social system, Ma Duanlin in the Southern Song Dynasty clearly realized that Qin inherited the principle of joint and several liability and the universal supervision system of the Western Zhou Dynasty. Just like some intellectuals in China today call western rubbish modern because of "political correctness", Ma Duanlin praised the Western Zhou Dynasty because of the "political correctness" of Confucianism, but castigated the same system in the Qin Dynasty. "Wen Pukao, vocational examination" holds that the principle of joint and several liability and the supervision system of the whole people in the Qin Dynasty made the people become violent villains. He said: "What the Qin people did was equal to success on Monday. Watching each other and supporting each other in sickness and health is a gentleman who teaches them kindness and gentleness. Qin law, one person has a rape, and the neighbors tell him; One person commits a crime, and the neighbors sit on the ground. It is also a small person who teaches him violence. "
Qin people are so sad! Shang Yang's political reform only applied the principle of joint and several liability and the system of universal supervision to administrative officials in detail, and realized "no hierarchy of punishment" through "mutual supervision of Zhou officials".
In political and social life, Qin people realized the checks and balances among public and private individuals, administrative officials and judges through the programmed management of archives. The core is to realize people's autonomy through the supervision of the whole people, and the monarch is in vain. The author of "The Book of Shang Jun" expounds the concrete operation process of archives planning. There was no lawyer system in China for a long time, but the "chief bookkeeper" reduced the litigation cost to almost zero, which was obviously more efficient. Shang Jun Book Twenty-six Divisions: If officials and people ask judges about the specific contents of the law, the judges must give clear answers according to their questions. And make a one-foot-six-inch coupon with laws and regulations for the next year, month, day, hour and question on it. Officials in charge of laws and regulations don't tell them, and when they commit crimes, that is, the crimes they ask, they will punish officials in charge of laws and regulations according to the crimes they ask. When inquiring, the left sheet of the joint sheet should be given to the person who inquires about the law, and the official in charge of the law carefully puts the right sheet into a box, hides it in a room and seals it with the seal of the legal section chief. Even if the party dies later, we will act according to the voucher.
Shang Yang School completed the theorization of the principle of joint and several liability and the supervision system of the whole people. The author of "Shang Jun Book" points out that the departmental supervision system in western society today can't guarantee the smooth implementation of supervision, because this system can't guarantee that the staff of the supervision department are not bending the law, which is only the lowest form of supervision. It said: "Now, people who govern the country rely on officials and many officials. Officials have assistants and supervisors. Set up assistants and supervisors, and prohibit officials from seeking personal gain. But assistants and supervisors also want to abuse power for personal gain, so how can they be prohibited? Therefore, it is temporary to rely on assistants and supervisors to govern the country. A monarch who knows how to govern a country will not do this. Separating their power makes it difficult for them to seek personal gain, so when his power is difficult to hide their personal gain, even a fierce person like stealing feet dares not do bad things. "
The principle of closeness of Confucianism and the principle of self-reproach of the West shield the principle of joint and several liability of China's legal system and the state supervision system, and the disastrous consequences are not only political and social, but also economic, especially in the financial field. For thousands of years, credit loan has long been the main way of borrowing in China. However, with the introduction of mortgage loans from western banks, the rural financial system almost collapsed. After the four major state-owned commercial banks 1998 began to merge and adjust county and city branches, it was difficult for financial institutions such as rural credit cooperatives to effectively complete the rural financing function because farmers could not obtain loans secured by goats. Even in cities, the credit bottleneck of small and medium-sized enterprises is difficult to break through, and the financing problem of small and medium-sized enterprises has not been solved so far. It was not until recent years that the principle of joint and several liability returned to rural microfinance and financing of small and medium-sized enterprises in cities and towns. However, it seems that China people can never break through the "hoops" defined by western civilization, and they are still trying. A nation that has lost its soul seems to have no choice but to cross the river by feeling the stones constantly.
More than 3000 years ago, the credit system at the beginning of Zhou Dynasty was based on joint and several liability. When people need financial support, the grass-roots officials of borrowers must bear joint and several liability, and the grass-roots officials and borrowers must go to the financial institutions at that time to go through relevant procedures. "Li Zhou Di Guan Situ Er Quan House" article: Those who take money on credit, sacrifice for no more than ten days, funeral for no more than three months, should be returned. If a citizen borrows money, he shall identify the money to the person in charge and pay it to him, and charge interest at the tax rate stipulated by the state; According to Yizhoushu, China's characteristic credit system was established in Zhou Wenwang era. Yijie No.4 said that King Wen's basic policies include "borrowing officials from the people", that is, borrowing officials from the people; In 65438 BC+065438 BC+023 BC, the People's Congress of Zhou Dynasty was in famine, and the government relaxed the money supply, and also distributed public money as a guarantee with grassroots officials, and towns and villages were acting as a guarantee for loans.
I'm not against learning from the western banking system, but we can't give up all the traditional things in China. In fact, after the modern western banks entered China, banks that made long-term credit loans in Shanghai and other places did not decline, but prospered, except that banks in Beijing were looted by Eight-Nation Alliance robbers. After liberation, there were more political reasons than economic reasons for bank failures. 2 1 century, farmers who account for more than 60% of China's population can't live without credit support! Small and medium-sized enterprises, which account for the vast majority of the total number of enterprises in China, cannot do without credit support! There is nothing more ridiculous in the world. China people are born with a lack of credit. For 3000 years, we mainly carried out credit loans. Obviously, China people are the most trustworthy people in the world! The institutional support behind it is the principle of joint and several liability!
3. The human organism with the unity of blood and land
First of all, western diplomats are confused about the international system of East Asia centered on China. Since China dominated the East Asian world system before19th century, why didn't it become the suzerain? So they come to the conclusion that the reason is that China people have extended their patriarchal clan system to international affairs, so China people will equate their marginal small countries with brotherly logic. This Chinese-style communication logic is based on moral strength, not armed violence.
Contemporary China scholars have also noticed this problem. Historian Xu Zhuoyun pointed out in his book Throughout the ages (Shanghai Literature and Art Publishing House, June 2006) that western culture is exclusive, while China culture is all-inclusive, and cultural identity is enough to maintain the continuity of the community. The upper class of the Romans only knew Latin, and illiterate people still used their own language, so different characters could not form an educational force conducive to overall identity; Other differences between the East and the West include that China's small-scale economy centered on small farmers can be expanded and difficult to crack, while once Rome's huge city-centered economy collapses, it is easy to go its own way and form a relatively independent local economy.
Xu Zhuoyun studied Chinese and Western cultures and observed the profound history that many researchers could not touch. What he lacks is still from one event to another. He fails to see that China's unique civilization development model is supported by his political theory, that is, the policy of unifying blood and land, and realizing a civilized organism that transcends racial boundaries through equal labor and free marriage-a new paradigm of human civilization that is not based on violent plunder.
As long as we look at the fact that Americans still follow the logic of Roman legions in Iraq today-plundering resources as senior police officers and maintaining this plunder by stationing troops-you will feel that it is necessary for us to realize the cooperation and prosperity of the global village in a new form. Its foundation is no longer the deep-rooted logic of violence and plunder in western civilization, but equal labor and free marriage, and a unified human organism is established through the great integration of blood and soil.
Yizhoushu discusses the principle of unifying the world from the perspective of actual combat. In Wu Shuo, the author mentioned that we should forgive the enemies captured in the war and take care of the lives of the local people. Yi Zhoushu's Wu Shuo Jie Liu: "Forgiving captured soldiers, forgiving their mistakes, comforting their people and filling their food bags is the' room' of military affairs." After the victory of the war, in addition to disarming the enemy's defense forces, we should also treat the defeated enemy on the principle of equality and prohibit looting. "Yi Zhoushu Wu Shuo's Sixth Solution": "Defeat the enemy, raise the banner order, ask the official to ban robbery without invading the people; The title does not drop, the farmland houses do not decrease, the relatives settle down, and the people naturally surrender. It is a military' caress'. After the world surrendered. Stop the war, establish culture and education, raze dangerous fortifications, destroy weapons of war, and respect and obey all directions, including the world. This is the military' determination'. "
Then, "Yizhoushu" discusses in detail the method of stabilizing and winning the country by administrative means and "morality", and clearly opposes taking over the defeated country by force. Civil policy covers a wide range of contents, from administration to education. The core is equal labor and free marriage, and there is no institutionalized plunder, let alone any form of slavery. Yi Zhou Shu Moire Solution VII: "If you want to stabilize and consolidate your victory, you should use Wende as a discipline. Notices to peace-loving people are posted and hung everywhere. Collect weapons, distribute property, and don't let people move at will. The civilian military commander took over the original post and used all the petty officials. All the property of the government is used to help the poor, help the poor and help the poor, and achieve the balance between the corvee and the land. Let doctors restore their life clothes to eliminate their sadness and humiliation. So that orphans and widows have nothing to ask for, and everyone is happy because of the harvest. Visit all spouses and write down their residences. Choose people with the same surname to be sons of all clans. Adult men and women can get married with the service standard of 15 years old. Bright and honest education, people like parents. Who can't abide by the rules of leniency to the people? Shun therefore has no regrets and will continue to perform his duties and support the king. If Wang is wise, he will teach precepts and martial arts at this time. In this way, the dead also want to be reborn, and the living also want to return to their old jobs. People know that if their homes are not abandoned, they will cherish them. If we work together in Qi Xin, there will be no invincible enemy. The dignitaries lived in their temple with jade in their hands. Shu Ren is cultivated, and there is no fraud through the ages. Not against their wishes, domestic traffic is unimpeded. People expect our army just as they expect their parents. So you can set the world in one day, thus covering the whole world. "
By the time of the Yellow Emperor's Four Classics, the policy of blood land has been theoretically expounded. The author of the Four Classics of the Yellow Emperor advocates that the annexation of other countries should be cautious, and those countries that are extremely guilty and will die must be disarmed, but they should not be plundered at will, and they should be "two-pronged but not refined"; In China's classical political science, there is no obvious boundary between international law and domestic law, and the principle of justice always transcends national boundaries. "Four Classics of the Yellow Emperor": "The country that should be punished should be destroyed, and it will be ruined. After the annexation of other countries, we can't possess them alone, because it is a feat of hidden heaven's contribution ... After the annexation of other countries, we will build battlements in other countries, occupy palaces in other countries, enjoy the bells and drums of other countries, covet the wealth of other countries, and seize their children. These practices are the way to overcome fate, which will inevitably lead to the danger and ultimate demise of the country. Therefore, only when saints fight for their country can they conform to heaven. To sum up, the truth between heaven and earth is just "three merits". If you achieve these three achievements and covet others, there will be disaster. Therefore, the sage's way to conquer is to tear down battlements, burn bells and drums, divide wealth equally, disperse children and grandchildren, divide land and reward talented people. In short, you can't have it alone, because this achievement is made by heaven. In this way, we can succeed in not leaving, and then we can not suffer. "
In The Four Classics of the Yellow Emperor, Zheng Jun theorized the policy of governing and unifying the world, including the establishment of a nationwide supervision system: "In the first year in power, follow the people's customs, in the second year, select people with both ability and political integrity, give them official positions, and in the third year, enrich the people. In the fourth year, orders can be issued, in the fifth year, the people can be governed according to law, in the sixth year, the people will be in awe, and in the seventh year, they can command the people to join the army. In the first year, following people's customs and habits, we can grasp what criteria they choose between right and wrong, good and evil, likes and dislikes. In the second year, if you hire people with virtue and ability, the people will work hard to make progress. The third year is tax-free, and the people live a rich life. In the fourth year, the people will be afraid and obey. In the fifth year, ruling the country according to law, the people will not dare to take chances. In the sixth year, when people are in awe, they will know the criminal law and dare not violate it. In the seventh year, when people arrive in an enemy country, they can defeat powerful opponents. In the first year, in order to conform to the people's hearts, we did as the Romans do. In the second year, people with virtue and ability were selected as officials to inspire them with love for the people. In the third year, in order to make the people rich, it is necessary to cancel the ban on Yamazawa and the tax on the gateway market. In the fourth year, if you want to give orders effectively, you must organize people by sitting together and select talents to manage them, so that the sages and the unworthy are different. In the fifth year, rule the people according to law, and crimes will be punished and cannot be tolerated. In the sixth year, the people had awe and dared not violate the punishment again. In the seventh year, you can lead the people to war and defeat the strong enemy. This is because people will die. "
Laozi believes that the unification of all countries in the world is a natural process, opposes the unification of the world by hegemonism, and wants big countries to "keep women inferior." He vividly expounded the principle of the unity of blood and land in China's classical political science. "Tao Te Ching" Chapter 61: "A big country should be like a river at the end of the river, and the world is at the turn of the century. Women's softness often overcomes men's strength with virtual quietness, just because they are quiet. Therefore, if a big country treats a small country with humility, it can win the attachment of a small country; Only when a small country is humble to a big country can it be tolerated by a big country. Therefore, either the big country humbly gains the attachment of the small country, or the small country humbly gains the accommodation of the big country. So big countries join small countries only to raise more people, and small countries accept big countries only to let big countries manage more people. In this way, big countries and small countries have realized their wishes, and big countries should be especially modest. "
When you see that the Australian government adopted the method of stealing children from the aborigines in 1970s and 1930s, you will be amazed at the high civilization of China's classical political science. If Chinese civilization is compared to a highly evolved multicellular organism, then western civilization is still in the stage of single-cell life, and it continues its life by continuous division. These single cells themselves can never be integrated into a more complex whole, and the nation-state seems to be the limit of its development. William Ferguson, former president of the American Historical Society, has long expounded this feature of western civilization. As an expert in the study of Hellenistic history, William Ferguson wrote in the preface to the book Greek Imperialism published at the beginning of last century: "My argument is that the Greek city-state is a single-celled organism with a unique internal structure. Unless it is subdivided, it cannot develop. They can copy the same cell indefinitely, but these cells, new and old, are the same.
The capitalist mode of production seems to make western civilization break through the thick wall of the city-state, but it can't cross the national wall. When the modern nation-state rises in the west and begins to expand globally, it is normal to conquer other nations by force, plunder resources and commit genocide or apartheid against indigenous people. Until the author writes this article, Americans are still reinforcing the fence along their border with Mexico-the whole western world is full of instinctive fear of large-scale immigrants from poor countries-equal labor is unimaginable in their civilization, although western countries shout equality and fraternity every day, as if even God would hear it!
Many people know 1994 the brutal genocide between Hutu and Tutsi in Rwanda. 100 day, 500,000 Tutsis were killed, accounting for 75% of the Tutsi population. Few people know that these two originally integrated ethnic groups were actually "created" by western civilization according to its own scientific standards. Before the Belgians came here to colonize, Hutu and Tutsi spoke the same language, worked equally and got married freely. But in 1933, the Belgians determined everyone's race by measuring the length and width of the nose, the color of the eyes and the circumference of the skull, and issued identity cards. The Belgians also supported the narrow-nosed Tutsi as a "superior nation" to rule the Hutu people, which became the bane of later genocide!
Today, West Renye Fang will practice the same "civilization" in China. After China himself divided 56 ethnic groups with different ethnic characteristics in China according to the standards of Soviet textbooks, westerners began to claim that China's immigration to the west violated "human rights"-here, the concepts of civilization and barbarism have been seriously misplaced!
Let's re-recognize the greatness and glory of Chinese civilization! Where is the political system in China? It is feudal autocracy and backward tradition! Although China's primitive civilization became introverted and conservative after Confucianism, from the migration of 100,000 households in the Qin Dynasty to the reform in the southwest of the Ming and Qing Dynasties (the central government directly appointed administrative officials to replace local chiefs, which had great autonomy), generations of Chinese descendants merged Ba people, Qiang people, many grassland nationalities and Jews who were the most difficult to assimilate through equal labor and free marriage, and spread Chinese civilization far and wide until the western powers intercepted this civilization in the19th century. It is the eternal ideal of Chinese people to unite blood and earth and establish human organisms. In such an era of economic globalization, let's rekindle this ancient dream!
-She will light up a new world without political hegemony and economic plunder! !
