John rabe (1882165438+123 October) was born in the northern German port city of Hamburg. 1908, Rabe came to China as a representative of Siemens and stayed in Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Shenyang, Nanjing and other cities.

193 1 year, Rabe became the deputy director of the Nanjing branch of the German Nazi Party. During this period, Rabe began to write a diary, which later shocked the world and is now in the Central Archives of Tibet.
