2. There is a new life every day
The story recorded in the war diary of a German veteran. Because of his extreme panic, he fell ill. Under the persuasion of the military doctor, Taylor has a new philosophy of life: life is like an hourglass, only one grain of sand can leak out at a time; life is like a funnel, only one grain of sand can pass through at a time; we can only do one thing well. In our daily life, as soon as we open our eyes every day, there is a lot of work waiting for us to complete. We must solve it within one day. However, we must be like an hourglass and do one thing well, otherwise we will let it go. I am exhausted mentally and physically.
Many patients with mental illness are caused by the pressure of yesterday and tomorrow. If we can remember this sentence: Cherish life now and do the things right now, we will not get sick and be hospitalized. And you will live a relaxed and happy life.
The second story: Mrs. Hill’s husband passed away suddenly. She had no money to continue living. She decided to work as a salesperson again. However, every day she was worried that she would not be able to pay the rent tomorrow and would not have money to eat. Can't afford medical insurance, can't afford car loan. . . She lived in fear every day, and the only thing she could think about was suicide. However, when she thought of the infinite pain that suicide would bring to her sister, and her sister had no money to pay for her funeral, she wrote a sentence to herself: Every day. It's a new life. Every morning when she wakes up, she tells herself that today is a new life. Since then, she has overcome the fear of loneliness and worries about poverty. She lives happily every day, has made some achievements in her career, and is full of hope and enthusiasm for life. This also made her understand that there is no need for everyone to worry about the future. As long as they live each day seriously, everything will suddenly become clearer.
