Establish the prestige of the class cadres. Class cadres often incur accusations and isolation from classmates because of improper handling and strict requirements in their work. Cultivate class cadres' speaking ability. The class cadre is the assistant of the class teacher in charge of class affairs. Cultivating their speaking ability can effectively unite classmates, form excellent class groups and complete various tasks. First of all, we should strengthen the cultivation of class cadres' self-confidence and let them dare to speak loudly. Some class cadres are quick-witted and flexible, and can solve problems beyond the norm. Moreover, he has good academic performance and good popularity, and enjoys a certain prestige among his classmates, but he just doesn't dare to speak loudly, especially standing in front of the whole class, blushing and hesitating, which seriously affects the rapid development of class work. Analyzing the reasons why they dare not speak boldly, lack of self-confidence is the main aspect. Therefore, the head teacher should strengthen the cultivation of class cadres' self-confidence. To this end, the class teacher should provide the class cadres with the opportunity to speak boldly and let them exercise in practice.
