Experience sharing of logistics engineering and management in Beijing Jiaotong University

Hello, everyone, I am a graduate student majoring in logistics engineering management in Beijing Jiaotong University. Today, I would like to share with you my experience of going ashore for the postgraduate entrance examination. Everyone has their own plans and arrangements, and this article only provides an idea and direction for everyone. If there is anything wrong, I hope everyone will be tolerant, for reference only.

First, about choosing a school and choosing a major for the postgraduate entrance examination

First of all, let me talk about myself. The reason why I chose Beijing Jiaotong University is because I was a child who grew up in Beijing and I have an inexplicable preference for the only 985 university in my hometown. At the same time, I also set the tone for my future development in Beijing and surrounding cities. Therefore, Beijing Jiaotong University is a very cost-effective school for me. I chose the major of logistics because I studied this major as an undergraduate, and I am still very interested in this subject.

in 22, the subject of logistics engineering and management in our school was divided into the comprehensive entrance examination of management according to the requirements of national policies. As it is the first enrollment after the policy change, our enrollment ratio is about 1: 2. The difficulty is a little simpler than that of Math III and English II (on the initial test). The second interview has raised some difficulties. At the same time, our school is relatively fair, and the proportion of initial examination and second examination is 5% each. So even if the initial test is not so ideal, the second test can still be turned over against the wind.

My advice on choosing a school is from two angles. The first is my own strength. The second is that there are majors in schools.

1. Give yourself a clear position. When you go to official website, you can check the list of last year's re-examination and the final list. You can see what range the score is. For example, in this session, the score is 2 points and you can enter the re-examination. You should allocate this 2 points to an English language and a comprehensive management to see how many points the score should reach (for example, the comprehensive management 15 and English 5 are relatively simple), but this score is not necessarily successful when you enter the re-examination, so you have to do it. If you feel that you can't reach it, don't be impulsive. The postgraduate entrance examination is different from the college entrance examination, and the greater proportion of postgraduate entrance examination lies in choice. It will be easier to go ashore if you choose the right one.

2. There are specialties in the school. You must be interested in and like this subject, because at the postgraduate stage, all academic work should be carried out around your specialty. If you lack interest in it, it will undoubtedly be painful. After you are interested, you should look at the schools and majors. Generally speaking, 34 schools are self-crossed >: Non-self-marking 985 >: 211> Ordinary undergraduate, this is only referring to the school, if it is from a professional point of view, you need students to collect the colleges and universities corresponding to their professional rankings.

apart from these two factors, there is also a geographical factor (for example, the 211 graduate student in Shanghai is better than the 985 graduate student in Northeast China and Northwest China), and the universities in Beishangguang are generally better than those in other regions (I hope my alma mater will not invite me to tea).

Second, review the experience for the first time

(1) Comprehensive ability of 199 management:

Actually, I don't have much persuasion in this part. I started preparing for the comprehensive management exam in early October 219. The final scores were 169 and 59. I reviewed it for about three months. I'll talk to you about how to review these three months, and I hope you can find something helpful for yourself.

management is divided into three modules: initial number, logic and writing. At the beginning, I was a complete stranger to logic, so my main focus was on logic. I use Lao Lu's logic and supporting online courses. First of all, I read the whole logic reference book from the beginning, and then I began to check the gaps and fill in the gaps. Like the difficult dilemma reasoning in logic, I didn't fully understand it until I came to the exam.

Logic is actually not that difficult. When we study logic, we will find that it is not consistent with the logic of our real life. For example, our usual logic is that the inverse proposition of "nothing" should be "everything", while in logic it is "something".

All this requires us to forget the past and learn new knowledge, just like Zhang Wuji learned Tai Chi swordsmanship. Otherwise, we will really be in a dead end and never get out. Learning logic is also the most taboo thing. If we find ourselves puzzled during review, we might as well change a course and change the way of thinking of our brain, and then look back at it after a while, and we will clear the logic line again.

For the review stage of logic, my little suggestion is to read through first, understand the overall framework of logic, make a mind map by yourself, and then do more questions and draw more pictures. Don't think why logic draws pictures. There are many problems in logic, and pictures are much more intuitive than words. After the problem is finished, you should look for your own problems in the real problem. You can use the wrong way to review the wrong questions in the real questions and re-learn and sort out the knowledge points of the wrong questions. Don't take chances and think that you are just careless, which must be abandoned.

In fact, there is nothing to say about the initial math module, which is all knowledge points of junior high school and senior high school. When I review the initial math, I remember the formula book firmly, and then I start to do the questions and repeat them to form a sense of memory.

As students who are preparing for or taking the postgraduate entrance examination, everyone will have a set of struggle experience in mathematics, a subject that has tortured us for more than 1 years. I'll just say a little, do more questions, do more questions, do more questions. Sea tactics are always the best way to fight mathematics.

You don't need to start writing too early, because it belongs to logical writing, and you need to understand the logic clearly before you start writing this module. The normal start time of writing should be before October, and make sure to write more than 3 articles a week to practice your hand feeling. Don't have illusions about essay writing and final sprint. If we are so lucky, why don't we buy lottery tickets now, but we all embark on this journey alone?

What I want to tell you about writing is that you should be familiar with several mistakes in small composition and effectiveness analysis, and look at the article given to you from the mistakes. Don't read paragraph by paragraph, read the whole article, find the argument you want to criticize most, and then bring in the wrong way in turn.

A big composition is a process of accumulation, and it is also a process of forming one's own opinions. It can't be specious, and the good guy supports both sides. What we need to do is to criticize his opinions crazily, or support his opinions crazily, explain our opinions clearly, and accumulate more famous sayings and cases of ancient and modern China and foreign countries. It is best to make every argument with a high-end atmosphere case.

As far as the management system as a whole is concerned, I would like to give you a few suggestions, that is, don't underestimate the management system, and don't relax when reviewing because it is relatively simple. Do the simulation first and do the real question, and brush the real question for more than 3 times. Before the exam, we should simulate the exam environment for ourselves. The amount of comprehensive questions is huge, which has an impact on the students' mentality in the examination room. We should simulate before the exam and arrange our time reasonably. My time schedule is for your reference. The initial number is 55 minutes, the logic is 7 minutes, and the writing is 5 minutes.

(2) English. We investigated English II, and the questions were cloze, four reading, translation, new questions, a big composition and a small composition, which lasted for 3 hours. My English level is not particularly good, just stuck in the score of 6, and CET-4 has gone through a lot of difficulties. For students with poor English foundation, I will give you the following two aspects.

1) words, English words are the most important. If the words are not too hard, then reading the article is like a gobbledygook, and even the stem of multiple-choice questions can't be understood. Then how to review this module of words? What I recommend to you is Zhu Wei's love affair with words. Every day, I need to recite it repeatedly, do real questions in the later stage, sum up some high-frequency words in a notebook by myself, and then recite them repeatedly, so that when I see this word, I can directly reflect the Chinese meaning in my mind.

2) Grammar, grammar can't be practiced in a day or two. As for grammar, you can find videos to learn by yourself. Personally, I recommend Song Yixuan's grammar course, which is relatively simple and targeted. Similarly, when doing real questions in the early stage, don't give up when you encounter long and difficult sentences, or just muddle along, and learn it bit by bit. Understand grammar in sentences, so that it won't be too boring.

3) Writing, composition and comprehensive composition are the same. Don't just watch and wait for the topic. Write 2-4 articles every week from September. Look at other people's templates and sum up each template corresponding to yourself, so that 5-6 templates can be brought in anytime and anywhere.

once we have mastered the basics, we will begin to face the whole set of English II questions. Personally, when I take exams and real questions, the general order is reading, new questions, writing, translation and cloze. Let me talk about the reasons first. There is a saying in English II that readers will win the world. We should give our best spirit and mind to these four articles and make 1% investment. Then, why do you want to do new questions instead of writing directly? Because the ways and means of new questions are similar to reading, we just break through this problem with the help of residual temperature.

Then there is writing, which is a more detailed process. It is standard to write, and at the same time, it is necessary to avoid mistakes in words and grammar as much as possible. If the students prepare the composition above, this stage is a relatively relaxed and dictation process.

When writing is over, 8% of this English II paper is over. Then we have to do translation. There is not much to pay attention to in translation, that is, if you encounter words that you can't, you can guess. The Chinese translator in front of me guesses the meaning of the words behind. At the same time, as far as possible, it is modified into our Chinese word order and Chinese language habits.

finally, there is cloze, which is the least valuable and most difficult module in the whole paper, with 2 questions and ten points. It examines the comprehensive ability of grammar, words, reading and so on. If you are not a great god who hits more than 75 points, please follow my operation below and choose all A or all B (because there are 4 options, which are evenly distributed, with 5 each). At the same time, gestalt will have some certain options, which will be summarized in the general video online class. You can choose these options and then choose all of them. For example, if you choose three required options, namely A, B and C, then you can choose D for the rest, so you can get 4 points. Don't waste time. If some students want to do it by themselves, please ignore this paragraph.

Everyone should keep a steady mind. In the later stage, the postgraduate entrance examination is a disastrous abandonment. There are too many people who give up the postgraduate entrance examination. Everyone should stick to it and be a numerator instead of a denominator. When I reviewed in 219, my mentality was about to collapse. I took time to play basketball every day to vent this dissatisfaction. Everyone can also find a way to vent their own feelings. Review is not to soak in books all day, but to set a good goal. After finishing, relax and improve your mood.

III. Precautions for Re-examination

The re-examination in our school adopts written examination+comprehensive interview. The retest score is more than 6% of the written test. The number of people who entered the retest was 19 last year, and all of them were admitted. (Online interview because of the epidemic).

The re-examination subjects of logistics engineering and management in our school are operations research, facility planning, logistics economics, as well as oral English and politics.

Operations Research is the 4th edition of Tsinghua University Publishing House, and the middle chapters 7, 8, 12 and 13 are not examined.

Facility Planning is the second edition of Teacher Jian Shoufeng, Industrial Press. Chapters 3 and 1 are not examined.

Logistics Economics, edited by Mr. Shou Feng and Mr. Jin Yuran, focuses on several economic models.

Oral English is to ask questions and answer them on the spot. It is not particularly difficult, and everyone can understand it.

politics is an interview, and I don't know if there will be any changes. I suggest keeping a close eye on Uncle Xiao's information, and there will be no problem in politics.

The comprehensive interview examines the academic level and personality. The teacher is very kind, and the overall difficulty is not high. You don't have to be nervous, just relax your mind and respond politely to the teachers.

Fourth, the last suggestion for everyone

The postgraduate entrance examination experience gives a direction from which everyone can learn something useful for themselves, instead of copying the cat and painting the tiger mechanically. Find the best way to learn.

1. Set a fixed task every day, and then relax after finishing it. Don't think that learning for one day is the best, but learning today's content efficiently is the best. It will take one to two weeks to formulate the task quantity, and it will be explored under the circumstances that individuals can bear. The size of this amount should depend on the requirements of the foundation and scores, as well as the degree of physical and mental fatigue. Personally, I suggest that you take time to exercise and listen to music every day for about 2 hours. Do a combination of work and rest.

2. Don't procrastinate, rest for another 1 minutes, and get up after lying down for a while. The breeding of this mentality leads to giving up and failure.

3. Don't talk too much about learning with others. Postgraduate entrance examination is a hard journey for one person. Don't share everything with others, especially your postgraduate entrance examination partner. Your mentality can spread to each other, or if he learns more today, you are anxious, but he learns less, so you slack off. This has an impact on their own planning.

4. Time schedule, taking May as an example, based on June and July, improved in August and September (checking for missing parts and filling in gaps), simulated real questions in October, checked missing parts and filling in gaps again in November and simulated the real examination room in December, adjusted the mentality and kept the feel.

5. This paragraph is not a suggestion, but it tells everyone that the postgraduate entrance examination is not so difficult, but it is really painful. Maybe while you are studying, your classmates are playing happily with their salaries. But this road is your own choice. Postgraduate entrance examination means the first road you choose as an adult. If we give up the first road, there is no need to say more in the future. So finally, I hope everyone can adjust their mentality, study hard and work hard for the tomorrow they choose.

Finally, I wish you all the best and all of you can go ashore smoothly.
