At the end of the 19th century, the German Konrad Federer (1841--1895) was the first to formally propose the establishment of "artology". He strictly distinguished between "aesthetics" and "aesthetics" that are often confused by people. The two concepts of "art" are actually two sciences that overlap but are independent of each other. "Art" as an independent discipline was finally established, and Conrad was revered as the "Father of Art" because of his contribution in this area.
