Satari browser of IPAD has no home page setting. Just exit the browser and don't close the open web page. The next time you open it, the webpage will automatically reopen.

A Safari browser: the interface is relatively simple, mainly composed of forward/backward/bookmark/bookmark buttons, address bar, search bar, tab bar and browsing area.

B Safari browser: the new tab page is blank by default, and there is no navigation or common URL.
