This is no joke, my hands are sore. Tired again; in the third step, add an appropriate amount of starch and continue stirring. Because of the addition of starch, the eggs become thicker. I put my nose to the bowl and smelled it. It smelled so good! Not only does it have a light egg aroma but also a strong sweetness. The next task is to put the eggs into the rice cooker, first touch the bottom of the pot with a layer of oil, then pour the cooked things into the pot, press the cooking button, and it will automatically jump to the keep warm position in about 2 minutes. Cover the vents with a towel and leave it for 20 minutes.
"Tick-tock! Tick-tock! Tick-tock!" The clock kept racing, and soon 20 minutes arrived. It may be that the technique is not up to par. The cake still expanded as soon as the pan was opened, but it shrank back after a while and became a big cake. Maybe it was not fermented properly.
