Article 102 of the Criminal Law of People's Republic of China (PRC)
Whoever colludes with foreign countries and endangers the sovereignty, territorial integrity and security of the people of China and China shall be sentenced to life imprisonment or fixed-term imprisonment of not less than 10 years.
