Only by learning the Party's basic theory, line, program, experience and requirements well can we be clear-headed, have a strong sense of Fang Xiangming and consciously abide by the Party's political discipline.

We must strictly enforce the party's political discipline. Each of us in party member must strictly abide by the party's political discipline, consciously safeguard the authority of the central authorities, and maintain a high degree of consistency with the CPC Central Committee in ideology, politics and actions. We will never allow "policies from above and countermeasures from below", orders that cannot be enforced, prohibitions, discounts on the implementation of central decisions, and flexibility. At present, most of our party organizations and party member cadres can strictly abide by political discipline according to the requirements of the central authorities.
