This four-line poem is unified with the word "sorrow" The first two sentences are full of images: falling moon, crow, frosty sky, Jiang Feng, fishing fire, sleepless people, which creates an aesthetic situation with rich meanings and rhymes. Hanshan Temple belongs to Lin Ji School of Zen. During the Zhenguan period of the Tang Dynasty, Hanshan Temple was founded by two eminent monks, Hanshan and Xiqian. During the period of 1000, Hanshan Temple was destroyed by fire for five times (seven times), and the last reconstruction was in Guangxu period of Qing Dynasty. Hanshan Temple was once one of the top ten famous temples in China in history.
