(1) Meaning of teamwork:

Teamwork is a voluntary cooperation and effort to achieve established goals. The spirit of collaborative effort. It can mobilize all the resources and talents of team members, and will automatically drive away all disharmony and injustice, while giving appropriate rewards to those who are sincere and selfless devotees. If teamwork is voluntary, it will produce a powerful and lasting force.

(2) Characteristics:

Members cooperate closely, cooperate with each other, make decisions together and consult with others;

Listen to relevant opinions before making decisions, and Relate to the tasks at hand and the opinions of others;

Assume a variety of roles in a changing environment; frequently evaluate the effectiveness of the team and my own strengths and weaknesses within the team.
