" I think, after a class, every teacher should ask himself: When students forget what they have learned in this class, what is left? After ten years and decades, when students forget all the knowledge they have learned, what do we leave them? Can our education leave children with the right way of thinking, the ability to solve problems and all the things they really need? Whether the evaluation is scientific or not directly affects the classroom teaching effect. The new curriculum reform advocates encouraging, praising and affirming students, helping them enjoy the joy of success and building confidence in studying and studying Chinese deeply. In the future, I will realize that both teachers and students are members of evaluation. Students' self-evaluation and mutual evaluation can help students understand their own gains and losses, reflect on their own behavior and correct their own shortcomings. This process of students is a process of self-awareness and self-development. In the evaluation of students in class, students' self-evaluation and mutual evaluation must not be ignored.

In the process of listening to lectures, we try to capture the highlights of young teachers' classes, and at the same time, we are thinking about their shortcomings and exploring how to improve teaching design to obtain better teaching results. More than once, I think of a sentence once said by Mr. Zhang Wenzhi, an advocate of life-oriented education: "A good teacher is someone who looks more beautiful in class than usual!" What wonderful feelings did those "beautiful teachers" bring us?
First of all, have a goal in mind.
When we get the topic and start teaching design, only by accurately grasping its three-dimensional goals, that is, knowledge goals, ability goals and emotional goals, can our teaching design advance from the superficial to the deep, from the surface to the inside, interlocking and layer by layer. Most teachers can accurately locate knowledge goals and ability goals, but they are slightly lacking in achieving emotional goals.
The English Curriculum Standard for Senior High School (version 20 17) clearly puts forward the following suggestions for teachers to implement the curriculum: "Teachers should try their best to integrate the teaching of cultural knowledge into language learning and fully tap the cultural and educational value of the text." Classroom is a wonderful stage for teachers and students to perform together, and students should be the protagonists on the stage. Therefore, in the "teaching process part" of teaching design, teachers should focus on designing a series of English learning activities that point to the development of subject core literacy, stimulate students' interest in learning, and let students actively participate in classroom activities.
In this contest, Teacher Zhang designed a review class. When reviewing vocabulary, she designed the activity of "adding radicals to words" and skillfully integrated the study of word formation into the review process; When reviewing the knowledge points of the text, she also teaches students tasks to find out the important knowledge points in the text, design different types of topics such as filling in the blanks or correcting mistakes in a single sentence, and then select them for students to complete in class.
