He Zhenlin: During the seven years of working at Sanyi, I came into contact with many famous scholars in the field of economics, and I was influenced by them. Before coming to Trinity, I worked in a state-owned enterprise. I was a representative of the seventh and eighth National People’s Congress. The people I came into contact with were all China’s top scholars and celebrities. The famous economist Mr. Li Yining is a very good friend of mine. When I was studying at the Central Party School, Li Yining gave us a lecture. It was I who persuaded him to go. He originally only gave lectures to provincial and ministerial-level classes. Cheng Guanjun: Hunan culture has a very important influence on Trinity. Where do you think this impact is mainly reflected? What do you think are the most distinctive features of Huxiang culture?

He Zhenlin: The origin of Sanyi culture should come from three aspects: the first is the profound and long-standing Chinese culture; the second is the influence of regional culture, that is, Huxiang Culture; the third is imported culture, that is, the emphasis on quality in Western culture. Chinese culture is more of an abstract, integrated, macroscopic and overall culture. Western culture is a culture that is constantly decomposed and subdivided. The manufacturing industry itself needs the support of Eastern culture and this kind of integrated and integrated culture. Sany actually builds and integrates the excellent cultural spirit of the Chinese nation into its core competitiveness, and then uses this core competitiveness to integrate the sophisticated components in Western culture, so it has such a comprehensive Sany. Trinity culture is the integration of global culture. For example, quality changes the world. This is the integration of Chinese and Western cultures. Quality does not exist in traditional Chinese culture. Chinese people are vague about quality. China does not have the concept of quality. "Zeng Guofan's Family Letter" is also an important classic for educating future generations today. Mao Zedong said that Zeng Guofan defeated the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom with culture. The greatest companies in the world have similar cultures. Steve Jobs and Liang Wengen are similar. "Quality changes the world" proposed by Sany is consistent with all responsible enterprises. Economics and philosophy can be connected, why? Corporate culture is values ??and codes of conduct. No matter how good economics is, if it does not have a clear value orientation and does not unite people's ideas, mission, vision, and spirit, economics will be useless.
