The semester work plan of the primary school teacher

Time is really fleeting, and our work will usher in new progress. It is time to start writing a work plan. How to write a work plan to maximize its effect? Below are 5 semester work plans of primary school teachers that I have collected and compiled. They are for reference only. Let’s take a look. The semester work plan of the primary school teacher Part 1

As we all know, the class is the basic unit of school education and the most basic organizational form for teachers and students to carry out various activities. Class management plays an important role in school education and teaching. Dozens of students in a class come from different families, have different life experiences, and have their own characteristics. Now they are all members of the same class, so they will participate in and build the class together. In this case, As a class teacher, how to guide and organize students to establish a collective sense of honor in the class and enhance the cohesion of the class is the focus of the class teacher's work and the key to leading a class well. To this end, the plan for this semester is as follows:

1. Paying attention to the transformation of problem students is an issue that cannot be ignored in class management

1. In the work of transforming problem students, we must first Find out the reasons for the problem, and then formulate measures to transform the problem according to the actual situation.

2. In education and teaching, putting problem students in their proper place is a must-do to transform problem students.

First, carefully consider problem students when preparing lessons, and carefully design teaching content and teaching methods suitable for problem students.

Second, give priority to problem students in the classroom and achieve four priorities, namely, giving priority to asking questions, giving priority to board performances, giving priority to assigning homework, and giving priority to tutoring.

Third, in the teaching process, we adhere to the principle of teaching students in accordance with their aptitude.

In view of the poor abstract thinking ability of problem students, during the teaching process, I will adopt the following teaching methods for problem students:

First, focus on intuitive teaching and guide students from images. towards the concept.

Second, encourage problem students to use their mouths, hands, and brains.

Third, focus on teaching problem students how to think.

Fourth, put problem students in key positions during evaluation to encourage them to make progress and enhance their confidence.

The methods of positive guidance and motivation for problem students in evaluation are generally: encouragement when correcting homework in person; consciously creating situations to encourage; seizing the shining points of problem students in class and homework, and often Praise appropriately.

3. In the process of transforming problem students, teachers should adhere to love as the basis, enhance mutual understanding between teachers and students, and be guided by the teacher's example to promote the transformation of problem students. Teachers' understanding of students is very important. It can be said that mutual understanding between teachers and students is half the success of education. Teachers consciously act as spiritual engineers to understand students, starting from their love for students. While teachers understand students, they must also make students understand and understand teachers. This requires teachers to be role models for students.

2. Educating primary school students on daily behavioral norms is an important means to develop students' moral behavior habits

Routine management is an important part of class management, and it is the key to the development of students' moral behavior habits. It is one of the indispensable and important links for each ability to be fully exercised to achieve the training goals. The class teacher must first overcome traditional management ideas and have scientific management ideas. . The class teacher should combine management with education, promote education through management, and promote management through education, so as to achieve unexpected gains. Secondly, there must be scientific rules and regulations, using the "Daily Behavior Standards for Primary School Students" and "Self-cultivation Manual" as guidelines, paying close attention to students' basic living habits, civilized language, behavior, learning behavior inside and outside school, discipline and ethics, and institutionalizing routines. In addition, routine management plays a guiding role in students' behavioral growth, and a supervision mechanism needs to be established. The class teacher can rely on the strength of the class organization to understand the situation in a timely manner and guide it appropriately so that students can implement routine management without knowing it and make the routine management of the class more scientific. At the same time, pay attention to the recent hot events in the school and class, and design class and team activity plans, striving to be close to the actual life of students. For example: "Show yourself", "Select class cadres and various class representatives", "I will wash my mother's feet", "Find an opponent and compare", etc.

In addition, various activities are carried out to educate students in conjunction with the work of the school.

3. Taking good moral education classes is an important way to educate students' moral character

Although there is only one moral education class per week, it is an important way to educate students' moral character. way. The moral education class plan for this semester selects 9 classes in a targeted and hierarchical manner based on the actual situation of the students, such as: regular education at the beginning of the semester; teacher-loving education during Teachers' Day, patriotic education during the National Day; Love parents, love class, love classmates education; self-confidence education at the end of the semester, etc. In addition, 3-4 etiquette classes are interspersed in between. Through these educations, students can understand the methods and principles of life.

4. Strengthening communication with parents is a green channel to understanding students

After a year of contact, I have become familiar with most of the parents, which is very important for students in the school. It will be convenient for me to keep abreast of all aspects of students' situations in future work. In order to better communicate with parents this semester to gain their trust and support, I plan to do the following two things:

1. Hold a good parent-teacher meeting. In addition to the usual small parent-teacher conferences, a large-scale parent-teacher conference is held every semester. This time the parent-teacher conference has changed from the previous pattern of teachers speaking and parents listening to an interactive one among parents, teachers and students. The following links can be arranged: student representatives preside over and give a welcome speech - students' talent display - parent representatives speak - parents speak freely and make reasonable suggestions - class teacher speaks, etc.

2. Strengthen daily contact. Since parents in boarding classes have a short time to get to know their students and have few opportunities, I will prepare a home-school contact book for each student this semester. At the weekend, students can be allowed to write down the week's matters and homework. This will avoid some parents who do not understand the homework and only listen to the students' side of the story; for individual students, if the teacher wants to report certain situations to their parents, they can also You can write it down; and if parents want to report their children's performance at home to the teacher over the weekend, they don't have to delay because they don't have time. They can write it directly in the notebook. The semester work plan of a primary school teacher Part 2

I am a primary school teacher and I deal with a group of children all day long, which is both fun and frustrating. Only you can know the taste of it. The situations of the students in the class are all very different, and I need to slowly understand and recognize them. Summarizing the experience of being a primary school teacher over the years, I made a work plan for the new year. The content is as follows:

1. Analysis of the student situation in the class

There are 36 students in this class, 15 female classmates and 21 male classmates. There are 5 divorced families, no single-parent family, and one classmate is Xiaozhi. A quarter of the students studied seriously and performed outstandingly in all aspects. Some students are smart, have strong learning abilities, have correct attitudes, and have excellent academic performance. Most students can complete their homework on time, but their general learning methods are not flexible enough and their academic performance is good. There are 9 students who do not study hard enough and lack the consciousness to study and have poor academic performance. The class has 1 captain, 5 squadron leaders, and each group has a squad leader. Students are usually lively and active, with a wide range of interests, and most of them like to draw. The overall situation of my class is good. Most of the students in the class have acceptable class discipline. A small number of classroom disciplines need to be improved. There is a lack of students who actively raise their hands to answer questions and their voices are not loud enough. Continued efforts are needed to encourage and nurture their motivation.

2. Class Goals

In this semester, the goal of our class is to move closer to the behavioral model model class. During the last semester, the short-term goal of our class was to develop good study habits. Through study and understanding, some students have worked hard to get rid of their shortcomings and have been recognized by teachers and classmates; however, there are still a small number of students who lack a very objective understanding of their behavior. I need to continue to work hard during this semester to treat them Think about it to make them aware of their shortcomings and correct them.

The mid-term goals set by my class in the last semester are: it is very important to cultivate class cadres, and giving full play to their role is the key. We strive to pass this semester and establish their role in the class. prestige and the spirit of division of labor and cooperation. To play their role, we must guide them, guide them, and help them so that they can truly take the lead. Constantly point out their shortcomings in the practical process, provide timely training and education, and educate students to have democratic concepts.

In the first month of school, class cadres are rotated so that students can choose classmates they trust as cadres, which is conducive to the development of the work. Convene a class cadre meeting in a timely manner to teach them working methods based on the problems they encounter at work, such as creating a class magazine, so that they have a clear division of labor and know their responsibilities and the direction of their future work. At the same time, they are also required to pay attention to the cooperation between class cadre members, work together, twist into a rope, and try their best to establish their prestige among classmates and create opportunities to exercise and cultivate their abilities. Practice has proved that class cadres are good assistants to the class teacher. Correct selection, training and practical class cadres are conducive to doing a good job in the class.

3. Shortcomings and corrective measures

Last semester, our class could not put away the books for the next class during the break time; the tables and chairs were always a little crooked ; I also like to play shuttlecock in the corridor... Although it is only ten minutes, it is inevitable that some civilization and harmony are missing. When working at noon and after school, I am more careless, less serious, and less responsible. There are also some students who often fight, form small gangs, and bully their classmates. In some classes, some students cannot abide by classroom disciplines and always like to whisper to each other, which not only affects their own listening efficiency but also affects the teacher's class.

The above are the more serious problems in our class during the semester. In order to address the above problems, in addition to daily regular education, I will also let the students find their own shortcomings at the beginning of the semester, and then through class discussions and class discussions. The method of cadre discussion and heart-to-heart talk with students is to criticize and correct in the form of collective education first and then individual education. Immediately after class, the on-duty monitor will check the placement of textbooks for the next class and strive to ensure that every student can consciously place their books in a timely manner. During recess time, we carry out rich and meaningful recess games, such as Sudoku, crossword puzzles, idiom solitaire and other small games that can not only provide a civilized break but also increase knowledge. During class, start by being responsible for yourself, take every class seriously, keep an energetic posture, concentrate on listening to the class, ask questions if you don’t understand, and gain knowledge every day; then be responsible for your classmates without affecting other students. Students listen to the class and do not take the initiative to talk to the classmates around them; in the end, they must be responsible to the teacher and follow the instructions in all actions.

Regarding the above measures, I will also use a reward and punishment system to reward students who have performed well and made progress during the week to motivate everyone.

4. One class, one product

After discussions with classmates, we designed image markers that highlight the characteristics of the class: class style, class emblem, class teacher's motto, Daily aphorisms for students and class slogans.

Class style: Be a person of noble character, a person who is diligent in thinking, and a person who is good at learning.

Motto of the head teacher: It is my responsibility to teach students how to behave, how to study, and how to live.

Students’ Daily Quotes: Each week, students are assigned to write a famous quote on the blackboard.

1. Guiding ideology:

Guided by the school’s moral education ideas, combined with the personality characteristics of first-year students, people-oriented, oriented to all students, and comprehensive Implement education policies and comprehensively implement quality education.

Efforts should be made to improve the quality of education and cultivate a new generation of people with comprehensive moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetic and labor development and innovative spirit.

2. Class situation analysis:

There are 30 students in this class, including 16 boys and 14 girls. These children are smart, lively, naughty and cute, and have strong plasticity; but the first-grade children have not yet developed good behavioral and study habits. During this semester, I take the development of students' good behavior habits and the construction of a good class as the main goals.

3. Main work and goals:

As a young teacher, it is really a challenge to take over the work of a first-grade class teacher. Only by humbly learning from old teachers and continuous accumulation can we be qualified for this work. I have formulated the plan for the class teacher as follows:

1. Provide targeted regular education to students at all times and everywhere

2. Develop a training plan for small cadres and train a group of capable assistants as soon as possible to assist the class teacher Do your class work well. While carrying out work, cultivate the working ability of small cadres and let them each use their own strengths.

3. Only when school education and family education are organically combined can classes be managed more effectively. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the multi-party contact between schools and parents.

4. Pay attention to the management of underachievers, implement their one-to-one division of labor and teaching system, care about their achievements, pay attention to their growth, care for them heart-to-heart, warmly care for them, praise and encourage them more, so that they can achieve success progress.

5. Earnestly complete various tasks assigned by the school, and do a good job in holiday activities, theme education and various competitions organized by the school teaching office, brigade department, and sports team. Cultivate students' various abilities and qualities.

4. Specific work measures:

1. For primary school students who have just entered the first grade, the daily life and study of the school are not yet adapted to them. Every rule and regulation is difficult for them. It is said to be extremely unfamiliar. In order to enable students to enter the role as early as possible and adapt to school life, it is necessary for the class teacher to provide orderly guidance in daily life, and the content should be closer, smaller, and more practical, and should be provided to students at all times. Targeted regular education. That is to make full use of the time of class meetings and morning meetings to learn and implement the "Daily Behavior Standards for Primary School Students" and refine the content of the standards, pay attention to the cultivation of students' good moral behavior habits, and focus on establishing various standards within the class. A good example in this aspect.

2. Strengthen the construction of class cadres. Class cadres are the teacher's right-hand assistants. They must effectively strengthen the ability of class cadres, implement the responsibilities of each small cadre, and hold regular class cadre meetings to discuss and study major and minor issues in the class, and provide timely feedback and handle them in a timely manner. This will drive all students to form a good class style.

3. Strengthen the standardized construction of class positions, create a beautiful learning environment, and set up biology corners, blackboard newspapers, competition columns, etc. to encourage students to be proactive and promote the continuous improvement of class collective construction. At the same time, it also creates conditions for a good class style and study style.

4. Strengthen the multi-party contact between the school and students’ parents, conduct general interviews with students through telephone visits, home visits, etc., so that class work can obtain the support and cooperation of parents, and promptly inform parents of students’ school conditions and matters that should be paid attention to, communicate the relationship between school, family, and society, form an educational synergy, and jointly promote the all-round development of students.

5. Cooperate with the school to organize a variety of class and team activities, and provide ideological education to students during the activities. At the same time, it also encourages students to increase their awareness of participation, improve their competitiveness, and improve their quality in all aspects.

6. Develop students’ intellectual potential and let them be the little masters of learning. Teaching through fun can improve their learning enthusiasm and enhance the learning effect.

7. Pay attention to cultivating healthy psychological qualities, establish a good teacher-student relationship, understand students, trust students, tolerate students, educate students on their psychological quality in a timely manner, evaluate students positively, and pay attention to the art of criticism. , conduct more heart-to-heart communication with students.

8. Strengthen safety education. Use morning meetings, rallies, blackboards, etc. to carry out safety knowledge education. Get to know the students more deeply at ordinary times, discover problems in time, eliminate hidden dangers, and ensure student safety.

The semester work plan of a primary school teacher Part 4

I am a primary school teacher. It is not difficult to be a class teacher, but it is really difficult to be a primary school teacher. This is mainly a matter of my experience. As a class teacher, I also know that I have a heavy responsibility. Although I pretend to be nonchalant in front of others, my heart is always focused on the students. I am afraid that the students will not study hard and be disturbed by outside interference. This requires my unremitting efforts.

1. Work ideas of the class teacher

3. Educational Policy

1. Adhere to the "Monthly Campus Star Student" evaluation system. It is up to the students themselves to evaluate and develop their abilities.

2. To achieve the "three farewells", that is, "say goodbye to rudeness, bad habits, and bad things"; the "four belts" means to bring "etiquette into the campus, bring smiles to classmates, and bring filial piety" Bring humility to the elders and bring humility to society"; the "five nos" means "no phlegm on the ground, no scraps of paper in the room, no engravings on the tables and stools, no footprints on the walls, and no swear words".

3. Understand yourself from five ways, be responsible for yourself, be responsible for small things, self-evaluate, self-educate and strengthen education.

4. Start by understanding yourself: understand the value of your existence, the meaning of self-improvement, and your current self; start by taking responsibility for small things; remember that people who cannot do small things cannot do big things. . Cultivate students to be willing to do small things and learn to do small things. Enhance the sense of responsibility in practice.

4. Classification of the work of the class teacher:

Category 1: Things that must be done every day

1. On-duty summary, summarizing the on-duty situation of the day, Raise issues and recommend corrective actions.

2. Diary of students on duty, files of students on duty, and class diary.

3. One sentence a day. Write by student number.

4. Check students’ behavioral norms and let students check them themselves.

5. The management of self-study classes should cultivate students’ ability to self-study consciously.

6. Summarize the work done before school and assign homework.

7. Arrangement for lunch break, a song before class.

Category 2: Things that must be done every week.

1. Strive for weekly mobile red flags throughout the school.

3. Appreciate beautiful articles. Each group will publish one beautiful article every week for the whole class to appreciate. Assign a topic diary.

4. Correct the diary once a week.

5. Organize a class meeting, and let the class cadres find the theme of the class meeting and use the class meeting to penetrate quality education

Category 3: Must-do things every month.

1. Establish the confidence to always strive for first place and actively participate in various school activities.

2. Statistics of monthly exam results and rewards for students who have made progress.

3. Calculate the list of all assignments submitted in the past month.

(Same as above)

4. Make suggestions to the class cadres and give opinions to the class teacher.

5. Sing a "Birthday Song" to each birthday student and give a small gift. Circle the student's birthday on the calendar.

5. Learning Management Strategy

Conduct a themed class meeting on "Ideals, Futures, and Goals". Do a good job in encouraging and mobilizing for the new semester. Pay close attention to every basic examination and the city's unified examination, timely analyze the strengths and existing problems of the students in this class, solve their existing problems in a timely manner, and let them find their own position, step by step with goals, plans, and measures. Condensate every success into greater self-confidence and do better.

1. Do a good job in coordinating teachers to form a synergy in education

Coordinate the teaching of various subjects, rationally coordinate teaching hours, and try to satisfy weak subjects as much as possible to promote students' all-round development. Balanced development of science and technology. It is necessary to closely contact the teachers. In addition to serving their subject teaching, they should also be advised to join in the moral education of students, jointly explore methods of educating students, unify the standards of student management, and form a joint force in education. Let students have a feeling of "I have six class teachers".

2. Seize the "initial effect" period and encourage students to set goals

When students begin a new learning stage, they often have initial plans and goals, and generally It is more active and healthy. This initial stage is the student’s “initial effect” period. However, due to the lack of willpower of most people and their inability to persevere, these good wishes become "flash thoughts" and the new learning stage ends in failure. For junior high school students, this semester is the last stage of their entire junior high school life. Their "initial effect" at this time is undoubtedly the strongest, most positive and healthy in the past three years. As the head teacher of the third grade of junior high school, I plan to seize this favorable opportunity in the first week of the semester, take advantage of the situation, have an ideological communication with each student, express understanding and support for their good wishes, and point out to them We will identify the shortcomings in their previous studies and put forward suggestions for improvement, help them establish reasonable goals, stimulate their willpower, encourage them to make progress, and turn their "flash thoughts" into "permanent thoughts" throughout the last learning stage of junior high school.

3. Pay attention to the arrangement and review of weekly diaries

Weekly diaries are a window for teachers to understand students, and they are also a bond of emotional communication between teachers and students; at the same time, many students will learn about weekly diaries in weekly diaries. Summarize and evaluate the week's situation of yourself or the class, so the weekly diary is a useful tool for students' self-improvement and class collective construction. Therefore, we must not neglect the arrangement of weekly diaries because of the heavy academic burden of the graduating class. Moreover, this semester is the most critical stage of junior high school life. Every student is under great pressure to enter a higher education, and his thoughts fluctuate greatly. As the teacher of the third grade of junior high school, he must carefully review the students' weekly diaries, pay attention to their ideological trends, and find problems. Provide timely help and guidance to ensure students’ mental health. Semester Work Plan for Primary School Teachers Part 5

With the arrival of a new round of curriculum reform, our work as a class teacher will also face new challenges. We all know that a school is composed of multiple classes. Classes are an important part of the school, and their every word and deed will affect the school. How can we carry out class work vividly and vividly? That depends on how the class teacher, the commander of the class, performs his work. Some people say: A good class teacher is a good class collective. In order to make the class full of vitality and innovation, to better shape the children's minds and allow them to develop in an all-round way, and to make the class have a renewed atmosphere in the new semester, the class teacher's plan is as follows:

< p> 1. Regular education

In order to enable students to adapt to school life in the new semester as soon as possible, it is necessary for the class teacher to provide orderly guidance in daily life, and the content should be more recent, smaller and practical. At the same time, we should provide students with targeted regular education at all times and everywhere. Therefore, I decided to start from the following points:

1. Make full use of the class meeting and morning meeting time to study the "Code for Primary School Students" and "Daily Behavior Standards for Primary School Students", and let them learn in the process of daily learning. Students know what behavior is right and what is wrong, so that students can develop good study and living habits. I will set up a "small supervisory post" in the class, which will be responsible for supervising and inspecting the daily behavior of students and reporting through the supervisory post.

For students whose performance is not good enough, provide timely guidance and guidance to strengthen education.

2. Make reasonable use of flag-raising ceremonies and major festivals to strengthen students’ moral education. This semester uses major events such as Teachers' Day, National Day, Young Pioneers Founding Day, and New Year's Day to hold some meaningful theme class meetings so that students can understand the principles of life and cultivate their patriotism. At the same time, let students learn to cooperate and learn to live in various activities and labor.

3. Give full play to the role of the educational position in various activities, enhance students’ sense of honor, and enable students to have others and the collective in their hearts.

2. Class discipline

If a class wants to have a good class style, it must have good discipline. Therefore, I will start from the following points:

1. Classroom discipline First, teachers and students jointly formulate class rules and disciplines, and formulate corresponding rewards and punishments. In this way, students feel interesting and motivated, and can obey discipline unconsciously. Since it is formulated by the children themselves, changing various passive requirements into active behaviors helps students internalize words into behaviors. The purpose of our class is to "do what you say."

2. Recess Discipline Recess is a time for students to relax and rest. Good recess discipline will bring activity and relaxation to the entire campus. atmosphere. However, rich and colorful recess activities are the magic weapon to solve the problem of discipline disorder during recess. Based on the age characteristics of the students, I will use the method of teachers and students to participate together and carry out activities such as "rope skipping, playing games, and shooting balls" so that students can be healthy and educated, and can also enhance the relationship between teachers and students. , expand the space for communication. At the same time, students are reminded of dangerous activities and venues that they should pay attention to at any time, making education fun.

3. In terms of hygiene, it is very important to pay attention to hygiene. As the saying goes, disease comes from the mouth. Keeping things tidy can not only keep your body healthy, develop good living habits, but also create a good learning environment.

1. Personal hygiene: It is required to dress neatly and do the "three diligences": keep desks and boxes clean, put things away frequently, and do two tasks frequently.

2. Class hygiene: Students on duty are assigned to clean every morning, noon and evening, and a hygiene supervision post is set up to conduct inspection and supervision. Reward students or groups who take the initiative and clean up promptly. At the same time, flowers and plants are used to beautify the environment, and education on caring for the environment and flowers and plants is carried out.

4. In terms of cultivating class cadres, it is not enough for class management to be managed by the class teacher alone, but class cadres are the assistants of class management. This semester I will adopt a rotation system for class cadres (including squad leader and team leader) to bring class management to a new level, so that each child's potential can be fully explored, cultivate individualized people, and enable children to learn to learn and learn Live, learn to cooperate and learn to manage.

5. In other aspects, class management should also pay attention to individual development, and tap the potential of various talents and students in various activities, so that every student in the class can further improve in some aspect. development. Therefore, various activities continue to be carried out in the class. Such as: various evaluation activities such as the selection of civilized young pacesetters, young calligraphers, young inventors, young poets, young math doctors, and book lovers. In these activities, new talents and new works are vigorously introduced, so that every child dares to show himself to everyone, fully exercises himself, and improves students' self-confidence. In addition, make full use of the moral education position in the class blackboard to strengthen management. Give children a golden childhood. This semester, I will squat down and talk to the students, communicate with my heart, and look for every shining point in the children with appreciation.

I believe that as long as we care for, respect, and tolerate children, we can find the key to unlocking students' hearts. The above measures are only my preliminary plans for the class this semester. In the future work, I will continue to improve them. If there are any shortcomings, please criticize and correct them from the leaders and teachers.
