Zhigeng Meideng is a figure in Zhigeng Meideng, one of the eight major Tibetan operas. Zhimei became the prince of ancient India. He has been very charitable since he was a child, giving alms to the poor. Later, he even gave away all the treasures in the town. The angry king sent the prince, his concubine and three children to Devil's Mountain. On the way, the prince gave three children alms to three brahmins. Dishi and Brahma, two gods incarnated as Brahma, came to alms, and the concubines also gave alms as they wished. The two gods were greatly moved and returned the princess to the prince. After three years of penance in Devil's Mountain 13, the prince returned and gave his eyes to a blind man. Later, in order to alleviate the pain of his concubine, Prince Zhimeigeng prayed devoutly and saw the light again, and Sanbrahmin also returned the child to the prince. The prince's family reunited again and returned to the palace to manage the state affairs.
