Mainly in education. The theory of Bailudong School, also known as Doctrine, was put forward by Zhu. In the seventh year of Xichun (1 180), Bailudong Academy was rebuilt at the beginning of happiness. Zhu Nan, with Kang Jun as the chief official, led the family members and teachers and students of the Academy to hold the opening ceremony, and went to the lecture hall to talk about the first chapter of the Doctrine of the Mean, with sages as the main points of study, and revealed the learning rules that all the academy kings abide by together at the lintel. This is famous. Its purpose is to regulate and restrain the words and deeds of teachers and students in the academy, to persuade them to behave well and improve their taste, which is an important symbol of the establishment of the academy system and a great contribution of philosophers in the Southern Song Dynasty to the construction of the academy.
The doctrine of Bailudong Academy is not only a symbol of academy spirit, but also a common principle of all academies in the world. In the first year of Chunyou (124 1), Emperor Song Lizong inspected imperial academy and wrote Bailudong Academy Regulations in calligraphy. Since then, it has been copied, carved or imitated in all parts of the country and local official schools. As a result, the "dogma" of the First Hospital has become a universal learning rule. With the popularization of Chinese academy system, it spread eastward to North Korea and Japan. At that time, it was not only regarded as a learning rule, but also existed in colleges and universities as a school motto, which shows its far-reaching influence.
"Zhuzi White Deer Cave Doctrine" Original text: The tenet of the five orthodox religions: father and son are close, monarch and minister are righteous, husband and wife are different, young and old are orderly, and friends have faith. On the right is the order of learning: erudition, questioning, deep thinking, discerning and believing. The essence of self-cultivation: faith, respect, anger and kindness. The key to doing the right thing: just being friendly is not good for you, and knowing it is not merit. The important thing is: don't do to others what you don't want them to do to you. If you don't do whatever you want, you do whatever you want.
