Emperor Xuanzong of the Tang Dynasty fled to Shu, and Prince Hengli took the opportunity to reign in Lingwu, and was named Su Zong. From then on, the power struggle between Xuanzong and Su Zong's father and son began. In order to gain a firm foothold and grasp the political power, Su Zong tried his best to crowd out the old ministers and prime ministers of Xuanzong. As the first person to reform, he was removed from office and his comrades were also implicated. The hosts of Dayun Temple in the capital, Zangong and Du Fu, are both rooms. There is still a war in the east, so we can't go there. We don't talk in the north, but we go to the south. Such a trip is more difficult than climbing the blue sky. Only Qin Zhou in the west lived in peace temporarily, and his nephew Du Zuo and his close friend Zangong were there, which naturally became the destination of Du Fu's long journey.
In 759 AD, that is, in the autumn of the second year of Gan Yuan, Tang Suzong, Du Fu went west with his family and went through hardships to come to Qin Zhou. At first, Du Fu's family lived in Qin Zhou. During his stay in Qin Zhou, Du Fu visited ancient temples, visited relatives and friends, interviewed and wrote poems. The reason why the first couplet generally introduces Qin Zhou is that the An-Shi Rebellion, which began in 755 AD, seriously damaged the national situation of the Li-Tang Dynasty. Because of the war, the poet left Huazhou for Qin Zhou, and saw the devastation on the way. The so-called "full of sorrow" went to Qin Zhou and went to his nephew Du Zuo and his old friend Zangong in Qin Zhou. It's called "walking for everyone". The second couplet describes what you saw and heard after entering Zhou Qin.
The couplet "Late Returning to Longqie" shows the poet's hesitation when approaching Qinzhou, and the couplet "Falling into the Water" describes the scene of Zhou Qin in front of the poet: the falling river and empty valley are shrouded in a bleak and desolate atmosphere. Dragon is Yulong River, which originated in the northwest of Longxian County, and Bird and Mouse Mountain is Bird and Mouse Mountain. In the west of Weiyuan County, the poets here refer to the scenery of Qin Zhou and the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. At the end of the couplet, the poet trudges to the west, while constantly asking whether there is a war ahead, and finally ends the poem with the feeling that "this place can't stay long". Heartbreaking refers to panic, and staying long refers to staying.
