Zeng Guofan cultivated himself from four aspects: cautious independence, respect, kindness and sincerity.

In other words, a gentleman can only learn to settle down by not letting go of even the smallest details and hidden dangers, talking about the facts and having a clear conscience. In a modern city full of desires, we should be careful to be alone, avoid impetuousness and strive for a peaceful mind.
(2) "Respecting the Lord" is a method of moral cultivation, also known as "respecting the Lord" and "respecting the Lord". It is clearer to understand it as a noun. Life and work are spent with people most of the time, so we should respect people. Defending the enemy with respect embodies Zeng Guofan's life and leadership.
