On December 3th, the "Foresight of 223 Wu Xiaobo Year-end Show" sponsored by Wu Xiaobo Channel and specially supported by Xiamen Jianfa Group as the chief partner was successfully held in Hangzhou Huanglong Gymnasium. The theme of this year-end show was "Let's shine, brave".

The whole speech was divided into two halves: the upper half and the lower half.
