The third prince: the body structure of cattle is different from that of people, and the structure needed is different. Master: I have been eating fast since I was a child to keep my strength. People and cows have flat teeth in their mouths. In fact, eating meat is against the laws of nature.
Third Prince: Man is the spirit of all things, how can he compare with animals? I think anyone with his back to the sky can eat it.
Host: So he can eat, too? It seems that the wisdom of the third prince is deceptive. If you can put aside your distractions and concentrate on practicing, you will certainly be able to carry forward Buddhism and educate all beings in the future.

Father Dharma: Since tile can't become a mirror, how can meditation become a Buddha? Middle-aged monk: How can I become a Buddha? Bodhidharma: You know, Buddha has no certain form, and Zen is not sitting or lying down. You only know how to meditate, but you don't know why, so you will never see the way.
Monk: What can I do to see the road? Bodhidharma: Basically. Monk: What is fundamental?
Buddhism: the heart is the foundation, and sin is born from the heart and destroyed by the heart. All good and evil are born from the heart. If we can't figure this out, we will only work hard on the surface and waste our time.

Father Dharma: Only those who have achieved Tao are pure and complete. This kind of merit is hard to find in the world.

During the Northern Dynasties and the Northern Wei Dynasty, it was known throughout the country that there was a tumbler in Songshan who meditated for years without eating or drinking. The news spread to the Southern Dynasties. Liang Wudi ordered a general to sneak into the Northern Wei Dynasty and invited Dharma. Zhigong: The emperor has merit, but he often talks about it in his mouth, asking for praise, that is, he can covet merit, and good and evil can be reached, so there will be no merit. The emperor should know that the Buddha itself has no substance and only exists in his heart. The emperor asked where the Buddha was. If there is no Buddha in his heart, how can there be a Buddha?

Master Zhigong: What's the difference between Buddhism and Confucianism? The most important thing is peace of mind. Shen Guang, don't be too stubborn.

Father Dharma: bloody and delicious, bitter and bitter. Put yourself in the other's shoes. Who would cut himself with a knife?

Father Dharma: Since you say everything is empty, why is it painful? Seeing what you can't see, hearing what you can't hear, and knowing what you don't know is the truth.

Life is only a few decades, except for childhood ignorance, aging and physical decline, there are only more than 10 thousand days left to eat and sleep. We should seize precious time and do more good deeds to make up for our mistakes.
Remarks: Life is really like a passer-by, just like staying in a hotel for one night. At other times, you will indulge in the three evils for a long time.

Father Dharma: You asked me about Buddhism. Why didn't you realize yourself first? Hui Ke:? !
Founder Dharma: If you know the karma in previous lives, what you get in this life is; If you know the afterlife, all you have to do in this life is.

Father Dharma: You know more than Dawu, but you can only get my meat. Acts 3: Earth, fire, water and wind are all empty. What I see, hear, smell and feel is not true, and what I see does not exist.
Father Dharma: You just got my bones. What about you, Hui Ke? Hui Ke stepped forward to learn from his master.
Bodhidharma: That's it. You finally got my bone marrow. Acts 2: The knower doesn't speak, but the speaker doesn't know.
Father Dharma: Hui Ke, I will pass on my mantle to you as a symbol of dharma transmission. 200 years after my death, it is unnecessary to pass on the mantle to the six ancestors, because Zen has spread all over the country at that time, but many people know, few practice, many reason and few realize. So, don't despise stubborn people. Anyone can abandon evil and do good in an instant. These four volumes of Shurangama Sutra are.

Song Yun thought Buddhism was a joke and didn't mind. After returning to Beijing, I sent a message to Emperor Xiaojing, mentioning the meeting with Dharma in the jungle by the way. Unexpectedly, Emperor Xiaojing of the Eastern Wei Dynasty flew into a rage and angered Song Yun: "As we all know, the founder of Dharma was buried in Xiong 'er Mountain and built Ding Lin Temple. How can you say that you met a master at Jungle Temple? This is clearly bullying the monarch. How dare you! With that, he ordered the people in the corner of the temple to twist Song Yun out of the temple and throw him into the Southern Prison. "。

Song Yun kowtowed and said, "Your Majesty told me that when you saw the Dharma in Castle Peak, your ancestors walked barefoot, leaning on Zhang Xi in one hand and crutches in the other. The dress drifted to the west with the wind. He said he would go back to the west and told me not to tell anyone about it. If I do, there will be disaster. I thought it was a joke, but I didn't dare to lie to the saint, so I typed it out truthfully. Everything I say is true. I dare not deceive the saints, and I look forward to the holy inspection. " Hearing this, Emperor Xiaojing was dubious and at a loss. Under the corner of the temple, ministers also talked about it. Some said, "Everyone knows that Buddhism is dead, so how can the dead return to the sun?" Song Yun's crime of deceiving the monarch should be dealt with according to law. "Someone said," Damocles belongs to Song Yun. How dare you lie to the sky after being imprisoned? Since the truth is indisputable, let's open the coffin and verify it. Emperor Xiaojing adopted the latter suggestion and ordered people to open the coffin and have a look. The coffin was empty, leaving only one shoe.
