2. Basic knowledge of civilized etiquette
Etiquette is the minimum moral standard that human beings require people to abide by in order to maintain the normal life of society. It is gradually formed in people's long-term life and communication and is fixed by customs and traditions.
For a person, etiquette is the external expression of a person's ideological and moral level, cultural literacy and communicative competence. For a society, etiquette is a reflection of a country's social civilization, moral fashion and living habits. Paying attention to and developing etiquette education has become an important content of moral practice.
? The content of etiquette education covers all aspects of social life. From the content point of view, there are appearance, behavior, expression, clothing, speech, treating people and so on; From the object, there are personal etiquette, public etiquette, hospitality etiquette, table etiquette, gift etiquette, civilized communication and so on.
The code of conduct in the process of interpersonal communication is called etiquette, and the performance of etiquette in speech action is called politeness. To strengthen moral practice, we should pay attention to etiquette, so that people can communicate with each other on the principle of "respecting others, self-discipline, moderation and sincerity" and bid farewell to uncivilized words and deeds.
? Etiquette, etiquette and politeness are rich and varied, but each has its own regularity. Its basic etiquette principles are: first, the principle of respecting people; Second, the principle of self-discipline, that is, self-denial, prudence, initiative, voluntariness, courtesy, self-comparison, self-reflection, self-demand, self-discipline, self-control, arrogance, duplicity; The third is the principle of moderation, moderation and control; Fourth, the principle of sincerity, treat people sincerely, treat people sincerely, don't take part in accidental amusement, and behave differently. ? First, personal etiquette? (1) instrument? Instrument refers to a person's appearance, which is the external expression of a person's mental outlook.
A person's hygiene habits and clothes are closely related to the formation and maintenance of a dignified and generous appearance? 1. Hygiene: Cleanliness is the key to beautiful appearance and the basic requirement of etiquette. No matter how beautiful clothes and luxurious clothes are, if the whole body is covered with dirt and smell, it will inevitably destroy a person's aesthetic feeling.
Therefore, everyone should develop good hygiene habits, wash their faces and feet after going to bed and getting up, brush their teeth in the morning and evening and after meals, wash their hair and bathe frequently, pay attention to neatness and change clothes frequently. Don't "clean personal hygiene" in front of people.
For example, picking teeth, picking nostrils, digging ear wax, manicure, rubbing dirt and so on. These behaviors should be avoided, otherwise, it is not only unsightly, but also disrespectful to others. When talking with people, keep a certain distance, don't speak too loudly, and don't splash on the population.
? 2. Clothing: Clothing reflects a person's cultural quality and aesthetic taste. Specifically, it is necessary to be natural, decent, harmonious and generous, and to abide by some established norms or principles.
Clothing should not only adapt to its own specific conditions, but also always pay attention to the dress requirements of objective environment and occasions, that is, dress should give priority to time, place and purpose, and strive to keep in harmony with time, place and purpose in all aspects of dress. ? (2) Can you talk? As an art, speech is also an important part of personal etiquette.
? 1, courtesy: be sincere and kind; The sound size should be appropriate, and the tone should be peaceful and calm; Respect others. ? 2. Terminology: honorifics, words expressing respect and courtesy.
Such as "please", "thank you" and "sorry" in daily use, and the word "you" in the second person's address. The first meeting was "long heard"; Long time no see; Please criticize it as "teaching"; Trouble others call it "disturbing"; Seeking convenience is "borrowing light"; Ask people to do things, such as "please".
Efforts should be made to form the habit of using honorifics. At present, the polite expressions advocated in China are ten words: "hello", "please", "thank you", "sorry" and "goodbye".
These ten words embody the basic language form of speaking civilization. ? (3) etiquette? 1, Conversation posture: Conversation posture often reflects a person's character, cultivation and civilized quality.
Therefore, when talking, both sides should face each other squarely and listen to each other first. They should not look around, read books and newspapers, look tired and yawn. Otherwise, it will give people the impression of being absent-minded and arrogant.
? 2, standing posture: standing posture is the most basic posture of people, is a static beauty. When standing, the body should be perpendicular to the ground, the center of gravity should be placed on the palms of the two front feet, and the shoulders should be relaxed.
Arms naturally droop or cross in front of the body, eyes straight and smiling. Don't bend your neck, waist and legs when standing. In some formal occasions, it is not advisable to put your hands in your trouser pockets or cross your chest, let alone make some small moves unconsciously. This will not only appear stiff, give people a feeling of lack of self-confidence, but also lose the dignity of etiquette.
? 3, sitting posture: sitting is also a static shape. A dignified and elegant sitting posture will give people an elegant, steady and natural aesthetic feeling.
The correct sitting posture should be: straight back and relaxed shoulders. Women should put their knees together; Male knees can be separated, but not too big, generally not more than shoulder width.
Put your hands naturally on your knees or on the armrests of your chair. On formal occasions, you should be gentle when you sit down, dignified and steady when you get up, and you can't rattle tables and chairs and create an embarrassing atmosphere.
No matter what sitting posture, the upper body should be kept straight, as the ancients said, "sitting like a clock." If you insist on this, no matter how you change your posture, it will be beautiful and natural.
? 4. Walking posture: Walking is the main action in people's life, and walking posture is a dynamic beauty. "Walking like the wind" means using popular water to describe a brisk and natural gait.
The correct walking posture is: light and steady, chest raised, shoulders relaxed, eyes looking straight, smiling, swinging arms naturally. ? Second, meet etiquette? 1, shake hands: shaking hands is an important way to communicate ideas, exchange feelings and enhance friendship.
When shaking hands with others, look at them with a smile, don't be absent-minded, look around, and don't shake hands with others with a hat and gloves. In general, the handshake time should not exceed 3 seconds. You must stand up and shake hands to show respect and courtesy to others.
? Shaking hands also pays attention to a certain order: generally speaking, it pays attention to "honour person's decision", that is, after ladies, elders, married people and people with high status reach out, men, juniors, unmarried people and people with low status can reach out and respond. If a person wants to shake hands with many people, be polite.

4. Civilized etiquette is accompanied by our knowledge question and answer.
Hello, let me answer for you: when it comes to caring for public property, some people may think it's a cliche, because I'm afraid even kindergarten children can say a few slogans such as "Caring for public property is glorious, destroying public property is shameful" and "Caring for public property is everyone's responsibility".
But what have we done in real life? Careful observation reveals that vandalism can be found everywhere on campus: some students trample on the lawn in order to cut corners; Accidentally damaged the doors and windows of the classroom while playing football; Damaged the desks and chairs, railings and trash cans in the campus during outdoor sports; You often see all kinds of graffiti on desks and chairs ... Have you ever thought that whether intentionally or unintentionally, these behaviors have caused damage to public property, brought unnecessary troubles to other students' study and life, and increased the maintenance cost of school public property, which is not a small expense? Whenever you see these uncivilized behaviors, you may frown and mutter: wicked! Yes, what these people lack is "public morality", they don't talk about social morality, they don't obey the rules and discipline.
They never realize that they are also the "owners" of these public properties, and they don't know that public properties are common items, and everyone has the obligation to take care of them. "Without virtue, the people will not stand, and without virtue, the country will not prosper."
Citizen's moral quality reflects a nation's mental state and affects the rise and fall of a nation's cause. A person's words and deeds often show the level of personal quality, which in turn affects the overall quality of the whole collective.
Whether a citizen cares about public facilities can reflect a person's moral quality and school spirit. Generally speaking, it also reflects a country's civilization and national quality. The "Implementation Outline of Citizen Moral Construction" promulgated by our country puts forward social morality with the main content of "being polite, helping others, caring for public property, protecting the environment and obeying the law".
As citizens of China people, we should all regulate our behavior according to this requirement. The ancients said: "Don't do it with small goodness, don't do it with small evils."
In fact, caring for public property is also very simple to do. As long as you have a sense of public morality and abide by the rules and regulations of the school everywhere, you can ensure the integrity and normal use of public facilities. Pay attention to our manners. What is etiquette? Simply put, etiquette is the code of conduct of self-discipline and respect for others, and it is the process and means to show respect and understanding for others.
Civilized etiquette is not only the embodiment of personal quality and education, but also the embodiment of personal morality and social morality. This is the face of the city and the face of the country.
Therefore, as a "state of etiquette" with a history of 5,000 years, stressing civilization and using etiquette are also important ways to carry forward national culture and show national spirit. In a country, the individual is the subject.
What is the most important thing for an individual? I think the first thing is to have a civilized quality. Only when everyone has the quality of civilization can the overall quality of this country be improved. There are some uncivilized behaviors around us, as well as some classmates.
For example, in our campus, on the stairs, we can always see pieces of paper that are extremely disharmonious with our beautiful campus. Food bags and instant noodle boxes can be seen everywhere in classrooms and campuses. Some students even think that there are classmates and cleaners on duty to clean anyway, so why not throw them away? For another example, some students chase and fight in the corridor of the teaching building and are used to walking and shoving; There are also some students who abuse each other, call names, climb branches at will, and even some students deliberately damage the public property of the school. Many of our classmates put the study of cultural knowledge first, but often ignore the cultivation of social morality and civilized habits, which essentially shows a person's ideological quality.
In fact, good behavior habits are the premise to ensure our smooth study and the foundation to build a healthy personality. Students who don't have good behavior habits at school may be undisciplined and don't pay attention to hygiene, which will disturb the learning environment of the class.
On the contrary, if we develop civilized behavior habits, the learning environment must be good and orderly. We know that students in a school can only build a good learning environment and create a good learning atmosphere if they have good civilized behavior habits.
Now, we are in the most critical growth period in our lives. What we do in this period will have a subtle influence on our own psychological quality, and civilized behavior will help us improve our psychological quality and moral quality at the same time. If we don't pay special attention to the cultivation of our moral quality at this time, then even if we have rich scientific and cultural knowledge, what is the use of people to ourselves and society? Therefore, first of all, we should be an upright person, a civilized and polite gentleman, and then we can become talents. We should not be machines that simply master knowledge and skills, but people with harmonious development of body and mind. Civilization is the frontier of our quality. With civilization, we have the most precious spiritual wealth in the world.
We should form good civilized habits and be civilized pupils. Then please shut up, don't swear, don't spit everywhere; Hold our hands, no littering, no fighting; Keep our feet under control and don't trample on the lawn.
I believe that with the joint efforts of all our teachers and students, a civilized and beautiful campus will be created. Imagine that if every campus in the country creates a civilized campus, the overall quality of our nation will be greatly improved, the comprehensive strength of the country will be greatly strengthened, and the future of the motherland will be prosperous.

6. Civilized etiquette knowledge
Civilization and etiquette accompany our civilization, which covers the relationship between people, people and society, and people and nature.
Its main functions are, first, to pursue personal moral perfection, and second, to safeguard public interests and public order. The civilization degree of a society can reflect the civilization degree of a society and a country. A person's failure to observe social civilization will have a small impact on his own image and a big impact on the national reputation.
During the Qing Dynasty, Minister Li Hongzhang went to Russia. In public, he had a bad habit of spitting everywhere, which was greatly exaggerated and ridiculed by foreign journalists and humiliated China people. This is a historical lesson of not obeying social civilization.
Public civilization is the embodiment of social consciousness, and public civilization is based on the level of personal moral cultivation. Imagine, if a person does not pay attention to his own civilization, will he have a good civilization? Don't! Personal civilization etiquette is the root and foundation.
If people want to have a good civilization, they must start from themselves and start from the side. Therefore, Mr. Lu Xun said: "If China wants to survive and compete in the world, its first thing is to establish people, and then people will do everything."
"Educating people" means improving people's thinking and civilization. Man's civilization is not innate, but constantly improved the day after tomorrow. To improve one's self-cultivation, one must first concentrate on studying and improve one's cognitive level; When cognition reaches a certain level, there is the ability to distinguish right from wrong; With the ability to distinguish right from wrong, good and evil, we must correct our mentality, not violate our conscience, and strive to make our words and deeds conform to moral standards, so that our self-cultivation will be improved.
This is what the ancients said: being realistic, knowledgeable, sincere, upright and self-cultivation. Only by perfecting personal moral cultivation can there be a basis for promoting social civilization.
In reality, there are many behaviors corresponding to "low quality", which are inadvertently exposed after forming habits because of carelessness and indifference. When it comes to the quality of civilization, in fact, everyone has a kind and beautiful nature. Just day after day, there are obvious differences because of different attitudes and strengths of self-discipline.
This gradual change is not only related to ideological understanding, but also a process of forming behavior habits. I really hope that in the process of building a civilized and harmonious society, everyone can get rid of bad habits, develop good habits, not tolerate "small evils" and reject "small goodness", so that uncivilized pictures and discordant notes are less and less.
Civilization and etiquette are the foundation of our study and life, and the arm of our healthy growth. Without civilization and basic moral bottom line, even if we have profound scientific and cultural knowledge, what is the use to people and society? To learn everything to be a man is to learn to be a man, to learn to be civilized, to learn to learn to be social, to learn to keep the environment clean and tidy, to learn to learn to be a civilized campus, and to start with me and every little thing, so that the flowers of civilized etiquette can blossom everywhere on campus.
We don't have to complain that the civilization of this society is not high; Don't complain that your strength is too thin and has little impact on society. Imagine, isn't there very little yeast in bread? However, isn't this yeast alone the initiator of bread?
Each of our classmates should be the yeast of this era, and let their own enzymes play their due role in this society. Students, let's take action, "new century, new era, new country and new civilization", don't let civilization appear on paper, let it be active among us, let civilization be everywhere, let us be the masters of civilization and let civilization walk with me.
