She uses her lunch break to exercise and then eats after exercise (the gym in our company is closed at noon). I think this arrangement is also very good. The child can only be watched by my mother for the time being. I am lucky that my mother has been quietly paying for me.
but I don't have to work overtime every day. Sometimes the fitness will be interrupted because of working overtime for three days in a row. But it doesn't matter, if you don't have the conditions to exercise every day, you don't have to force it, once or twice a week when you are busy, and 4 or 5 times when you are not busy. Or if you are tired all week and don't want to move, just rest for a week ~
But don't stop there. The effect of fitness and reading should be long-term, and reading 5 books a year is not the result of reading every day. As long as you persist in the general direction, you will certainly gain something, even if you run aground for a short time, it doesn't matter, as long as you don't put it down, you can't pick it up.
