The lesson of "three meetings, two systems" is something that members of the Communist Youth League of China must know, and it is the basic system of the organization and life of the League. 1, branch meeting

The general meeting of branch members and the general meeting of branch members are the highest leading bodies of the Youth League branch, and they are meetings for all members of the branch to discuss and decide important issues together. Generally, it is held at least twice a semester. When a resolution needs to be made at a branch meeting, more than four fifths of the members must attend the meeting to make a resolution. At the same time, the resolution of the branch meeting shall be valid only with the consent of more than half of the members with voting rights present.

2. Party branch committee

The organizational form of the Party branch is the branch general party membership meeting and the branch committee (hereinafter referred to as the branch committee). Branch general party membership meeting decided on major issues of the branch. The Party branch committee is the leading body of the Party branch and is responsible for handling the daily work of the Party branch.

3. Group meetings

After the establishment of a new branch or the election of a new branch committee, members of the branch organization shall put forward opinions on the division of groups to the branch committee. The division of the group is generally consistent with the administrative or production organization structure of the unit, and depends on the number and distribution of members.

Two systems

The evaluation system of League members' education is to improve the political and ideological quality of League members and encourage the majority of League members to play an exemplary role in economic construction and various work.

2. Annual group registration system:

The annual league member registration system is the continuous identification of league members' identity, and it is the key link to implement the league member card system and form a new league member management system.
