4. If you can use all the strength, you will be invincible in the world; if you can use all the wisdom, you will have no fear of the saints. It means that only by relying on the power of all people can we conquer the world; only by relying on the wisdom of all people can we surpass the sages.

5. The wise follow the trend, and the capable build momentum. It means that wise people know how to adapt to the current situation, and capable people know how to take advantage of the situation to build momentum.

6. If you are not wise enough, you will not gain anything. If you make mistakes, you will end up in trouble. This is life and death. It means that if you are not smart enough, you will not be able to get what you want. Although strategy is good, if you use it improperly, you will end up with disaster. This is a matter of life and death.
