Kindness is a good quality of a person. Kind people are often the most popular in life. Guan Zhong said, "Good people are also kind." Guan Zhong believes that people who are kind to others will be kind to him.
However, as the saying goes, "people are good at being bullied, and horses are good at being ridden." In real life, many kind people are bullied. Therefore, goodness is not bottomless.
There is a famous saying in the Soviet Union: "We should work hard to do good and work hard to suppress evil."
Your kindness, with a little edge, can make good people more powerful by doing the following three things well.
First, do not be soft in the face of evil deeds.
Kindness is sometimes tolerant and sometimes severe. Being a good person blindly is not kindness, but weakness.
"History of Song Dynasty" says: "If you hoe one evil, you will grow ten good ones." Saying "no" to evil forces and saying "no" to bad behavior is actually to let everyone know what to do and what not to do. Punishing an evil deed is tantamount to encouraging others to do good.
If evil deeds are not punished, good deeds will gradually decrease, and even everyone will do evil together. This is what we often say, "bad money drives out good money."
If a company turns a blind eye to disciplinary action and does not punish it, then there will be more and more disciplinary actions. If we don't criticize and correct the behavior of not working hard, everyone will feel that it is enough to deal with the work casually. In the long run, the atmosphere of the team will become more and more loose.
Therefore, in the face of evil deeds, don't be soft. As Zuo Qiuming said in Zuo Zhuan: "Punish evil and promote good." Good people need to "persuade good" by "punishing evil".
Second, take more precautions against villains.
Good people have no impeccable armor. If a villain attacks them, they are usually black and blue. So there is no need to harm people, and there is no need to prevent people. No matter how kind people are, they should pay more attention to villains.
Beware of the rhetoric of villains. Scums, like chameleons, often use words to cover up their ugliness. Confucius said, "Clever words make the color fresh and righteous." Confucius believes that people who often confuse others with rhetoric are rarely kind.
We should prevent villains from going back on their word. A villain turns his face faster than a book. If you cooperate with the villains, you must guard against this. For some important matters, there must be formal documents or contracts, otherwise there is no evidence.
Third, in the face of "bad guys", refuse to help.
What is a "rotten person"? "Bad guy" means that no matter how you help him, he still doesn't follow the right path. For this kind of person, the people will give him a sentence: "Mud can't help the wall." Since it is mud, why bother? No matter how kind a person is, he should learn to reject the following three kinds of rotten people.
The first kind of "rotten person": others have been helping him, but he has not made progress himself. When dealing with such people, there is often a feeling that "the emperor is not in a hurry and the eunuch is in a hurry". You worry about his future, but he doesn't seem to care. He was so angry that he was about to vomit blood.
The second kind of "rotten person": others keep forgiving him, but he makes mistakes again and again. Such people always take the tolerance of others for granted and never reflect on themselves. If you give in again, he may push his luck.
The third kind of "rotten person": others keep leading him to the right path, but he insists on taking crooked ways. God has the virtue of living well, and we don't want people around us to go astray. However, no matter how you persuade them, some people still go their own way and make you doubt life.
In the face of "rotten people", all your help is conniving at him. You should learn to refuse him.
