Professor Zhou Yusheng (1889- 197 1), a native of Changsha, Hunan Province, studied in Japan, Britain, France and other countries in his early years and obtained a master's degree in political economy from Edinburgh University and a doctorate in law from Paris University. After returning to China, he served as Professor Peking University, Dean and President of Wuhan University. Mei Ruqi

Mr. Li Haopei 1906 was born in Shanghai, and 1928 graduated from the Law Department of Suzhou University. After that, he studied public international law, private international law and comparative civil law at the London School of Economics. He has served as director of the Law Department of Wuhan University, professor of the Foreign Affairs College of Zhejiang University Law School, legal adviser of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, researcher of Renmin University of China, professor Peking University, and director of the Institute of Law of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. Mr. Li Haopei, like Mr. Zhou Yusheng and Mr. Wang Tieya, can be said to be the Taishan Beidou in the field of international law in China.
Pi Zongshi
Pi Zongshi (1887 ~ 1967) is bright and white, with the number of sea ring. After returning from 1939, Mr. Xia Tieya was employed by Wuhan University in Leshan from 1940 at the invitation of Professor Zhou Yisheng, and began his 62-year international law teaching career.

Ma Kechang
Born in August, 1926, a native of Xihua, Henan, is a jurist. 1950 graduated from the law department of Wuhan University, and then entered the postgraduate class of the law department of Renmin University of China. Participated in the revision of People's Republic of China (PRC) Criminal Law from 65438 to 0997. He is currently a professor and doctoral supervisor of Wuhan University Law School, honorary president of china law society Criminal Law Research Association, vice president of china law society Dong Legal Thought Research Association, and invited consultant of the Supreme People's Court. The criminal law circle in China is known as "high in the north and low in the south", that is, Professor Gao Mingxuan from China Renmin University and Professor Ma Kechang from Wuhan University.
