The difference is that "sex" generally refers to a state of mind without memory, thoughts and thoughts, while "heart" is sometimes used to refer to a state of mind with persistence and delusion. 7. To do your best is to do your best, not in words and thoughts, but in concrete actions, and enjoy it. I have no deep desire. When I am on the right path, I know my mind and nature better.
