The difference is that "sex" generally refers to a state of mind without memory, thoughts and thoughts, while "heart" is sometimes used to refer to a state of mind with persistence and delusion. 7. To do your best is to do your best, not in words and thoughts, but in concrete actions, and enjoy it. I have no deep desire. When I am on the right path, I know my mind and nature better. When I constantly improve myself, I find that there are always experts waiting for me in front. To understand nature, "keep its heart and nurture its nature, so it has something to do with nature", to keep its sincerity and nurture its nature, not to let it be polluted, to do things with sincerity, to keep our nature in a quiet state and not to let any delusion pollute it, is to cultivate its nature.
