Mom joked with her daughter: You are better than a hero.

The daughter looked at her mother carefully and replied: There is a famous saying that the heroic road is out of date, and there are always people cheering on the roadside. I don't want to be a hero, I want to be a roadside clapper.

The girl is willing to applaud the hero, but she makes herself a hero.

This story reminds me of the truth that "saints have their bodies first"

Taking heaven and earth as an example, Lao Tzu tells us a truth: Heaven and earth can last for a long time because it is selfless, benefits all things without asking for anything in return, and gains the awe and admiration of all things. The same is true of wise leaders, who put their own interests last and finally won the respect and love of everyone and were pushed to a higher position.

Father Ma's mission in creating Taobao is: Let there be no difficult business in the world.

The mission of establishing PayPal in peter thiel is to solve the payment problem of people in third world countries.

Fan Deng's reading mission is to lead 300 million people in China to read together (reading brightens life).

These missions, starting from altruism, are more likely to attract people with lofty ideals to gather together to jointly advance their goals and ultimately achieve a win-win situation.

Even if it's just a small shop, it's the same If the boss provides high-quality products and services from the perspective of benefiting customers, he will be disloyal and stick to his original heart. Over time, everyone will trust this store, and the financial resources will naturally roll in.

Dear leaders and leaders put the interests of others first.

Chairman Mao is the best representative. He cares about the country and the people, struggles for the liberation of the people, and finally achieves his great cause.

"Worry about the world first, and enjoy the world later", all kinds of outstanding leaders and company leaders, without exception.

I once met a leader who gave priority to his subordinates and strived for various interests for them. Therefore, subordinates are very active and highly motivated. Leading yourself is also happy and relaxed, don't worry.

So altruism can achieve a win-win situation; Unselfish people are more likely to realize their selfishness.

Everything is like this.

The prisoner's dilemma exists because everyone wants to maximize their own interests, scrambling to betray each other for their own interests, and finally failing to get the best result, both sides lose.

The key to break through the prisoner's dilemma is to put the other party's interests first. If two people do this, the plot will be reversed and become a win-win situation.

It can be seen that the prisoner's dilemma and win-win thinking are just the difference.

However, the obsession with heaven is hard to change, so there are few saints after all.

Most of us may not be saints, but this does not prevent us from having an altruistic heart.

Our own interests are important, but as long as we put ourselves in other people's shoes and consider the interests of others, we will not become selfish, and may even bring us unexpected gains, such as gaining each other's trust and long-term cooperation.

Please keep in mind: "saints come first", altruism is the purpose of self-interest!
