In individual education, I follow the principle of less punishment, more affirmation, less questioning, more encouragement, less reprimanding, more conversation, less command and more enlightenment, and carry out emotional, rational, emotional and psychological education to promote the emotional integration between teachers and students and stimulate students to devote themselves to their study life with full enthusiasm. With the joint efforts of teachers and students, the students in our class won the drama creation award and solo award in the "No.2 Middle School" Art Festival, won the first place in the long-distance running competition, won the second place in the basketball competition, and the class was rated as "three excellent classes".

I think my little achievements come from the strength of faith, from my loyalty to the party's education, and from the steps paved by leaders, teachers, relatives and friends, which brought me close to the sunshine.
