First, strengthen the construction of work style

Can adhere to the people-centered principle of centralization, fully express opinions on the general party branch, resolutely obey the matters decided by the meeting, ask for instructions and report on major issues in time, and timely convey the decisions of party committees to subordinates, and do not engage in black-box operations. Usually pay attention to communicate with team members, learn from them, enrich their management experience, improve their leadership level and maintain team unity.

Third, the existing problems

1, political theory learning depth is not enough. Usually, of course, we also attach importance to the study of political theory, and we can study relevant policies in a timely and serious way, but it is not systematic enough and lacks a comprehensive and systematic research spirit. Just satisfied with the arrangement of learning, there is still a big gap in learning consciousness, and there is no serious reflection on what you have learned and no in-depth research. In the future work, I still need to seriously overcome and improve.

2. It is not enough to go deep into the grass-roots investigation and study. Leading cadres and ordinary employees need to talk face to face. From this perspective, I did a good job. In the future, I will further firmly establish the Party's view of "from the masses to the masses", go deep into the grassroots, do more investigation and study, understand the situation, understand the life and ideological state of workers, listen to the suggestions of the masses, grasp the ideological trends and general requirements of cadres and workers in time, collect some good opinions from them, and put forward targeted solutions and measures to do the work better.

At the same time, the differences in the pricing of summer grain purchase prices have caused great difficulties in current sales acquisition. In the current grain market operation, grain buying and selling enterprises are facing a certain crisis. Therefore, in the future work, we should strengthen study, absorb good experience, improve management level, carefully study and investigate the market, adapt to the market, actively explore the market, and explore new ways for the development of grain enterprises. Do a good job in food safety and stability.

5. Actively participate in the activities of the Party committee and give full play to the role of Party committee members. Grain buying and selling enterprises are seasonal enterprises. Busy purchasing season sometimes leads to the inability to attend the meeting convened by the Party Committee in time. Therefore, in the future work, we should strive to overcome and be strict with ourselves, arrange the relationship between work and meetings fairly, attend meetings convened by party committees in time, give full play to the role of party Committee members, and make suggestions for the development of enterprises.
