The Young Pioneers' Congress, referred to as the Young Pioneers' Congress for short, is a meeting convened by the Young Pioneers' Brigade or above and attended by team members' representatives. It is the highest authority of each team organization at the same level, and has the right to discuss and decide the major affairs of a team for a period of time and elect a team work leading committee.
