Buddhism and Psychology (15)-Abandoned Life (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy)

The most precious thing in the world is not "can't get" and "lose", but "can now". One is always on a strange road, watching strange scenery and listening to strange songs. Then one day, you will find that what you have tried is actually not that important. Everything is temporary, everything will disappear, and everything will be beautiful in become memories. -ding

First, I am willing to live.

If you are willing to give up, you will get it. If you want to get it, you must give up, be willing to pay, and don't be stingy.

Give up and get, don't be reluctant, big house is big, small house is small.

Being willing is a kind of life wisdom and attitude, and it is the feeling and wisdom to make decisions on what has been and can be obtained beyond the realm. It is also a "Zen of life" that appeals to both refined and popular tastes and enlightens the soul.

Being willing is not only a philosophy of life, but also an art of doing things.

Giving up and getting, like water and fire, heaven and earth, yin and yang, are contradictory concepts that are both opposite and unified. They complement each other, exist in heaven and earth, in the world, in the heart, in the subtle details, and contain all the mechanisms of everything.

Everything is willing to give up in order to achieve harmony and unity.

If you really master the mechanism and scale of giving up and gaining, it is equivalent to mastering the key to life and the chance of success.

A hundred years of life is nothing more than giving up one thing and getting a repetition of one thing. Life is to give up.

Second, learning Buddhism is voluntary.

The Tibetan Scripture says: Give up one thing and you will get a million reports. Give up, that is, repair boundless Futian; Greed is to overdraw limited blessings.

Go deep into the great realm of Buddhism and get the complete liberation and freedom of life. Giving up and gaining requires great wisdom to realize the true meaning.

Things in the world have no fixed owners and no eternal owners. Things have their destiny between choices. It's yours, it's yours after all, and you can't run away; It's no use robbing it if it's not yours.

There is an allusion that a greedy man crossed the river with a bag of gold on his back. When the ship capsized in the bad waves, the boatman advised him to throw away the gold, but he was reluctant to give up his life.

In desperation, nothing can be left but yourself. Presumably, this rich man must be a miser-like local tyrant who doesn't know how to give up.

Everything is born with each other. When people think of "getting", they probably won't get it. When people don't want to give up, they may have given up a lot.

There are many people who are greedy for money, power and sex in history. In daily life, they seem to get a lot, but in the end they get nothing and don't want to give up, but in the end they even give up their freedom and life.

"Give up" and "give up", you can get "get" only by giving up, but you didn't get "get" because you didn't give up. This truth seems simple, and many times it is just not understood.

(1) Giving up is a philosophy of life.

Giving up is a skill, an attitude and a realm.

Give up first and then get it; Give up first, then get, that is to say, "give up" and "get" are two sides of the same thing, although they are contradictory.

Pay and get are equal, you pay first, then you can get.

A person can only get it by giving, no matter what kind of giving. This is the true meaning of "willing".

You can "give up" before you can "get". Of course, this "harvest" refers more to the enrichment of spirit and the sublimation of realm.

There is a mystery between wishes and wishes, and the artistic conception is deep. You can only think and understand by yourself.

Sima Qian was forced to give up the dignity of a man and was told in historical records through the ages. Tao Yuanming gave up "five buckets of rice to bend his back" and got "picking chrysanthemums under the east fence and seeing Nanshan leisurely"; Hongyan hero risked his life to forget his death and get together with Qingshan. ...

Of course, these are big "homes" and big "gains". Although the mountain is high, the heart yearns for it, which is beyond the reach of ordinary people.

"Giving up" and "getting" can be said to be a transaction, a left-handed to right-handed transaction, which is fair.

(2) How to "give up" and "get"?

Value and non-value lie in the equivalence in people's minds. Different people have different peers, and the same person has different peers at different times.

Old people often say that when we were young, we gave up our knees and family reunion for our studies and careers. We think it's worth it, because we got our studies and careers. But when one day we never have the chance to enjoy ourselves and make up for what we owe our families, many people will question the original choice: Is it worth it? For many years, people have been in such a strange circle, constantly reincarnation.

Be honest when you are poor, and show kindness when you are rich. No matter how rich people are, they eat three meals a day and sleep in a bed at night. Don't expect to have everything. Especially in terms of material things, being willing to give up means having money. It is not a person who has a lot to be rich, but a person who gives a lot to others to be rich.

Giving up is a kind of happiness in itself. A poor man is a rich man when he gives his begging food to his companion. It is because of poverty that his contribution is more meaningful. Because it reflects his mind, unlike Balzac's Grandet, who was so poor that only gold was left, his family and everything in the world gave up, which was pitiful enough.

Life needs to be willing and willing to enrich life.

(3) Willingness is an art. ..

I have heard such a fable: a rich landlord sat under a big tree all day worrying: "why is happiness so far away from me?" Did I do something wrong, or ... "So he made up his mind to find happiness, so he picked up his gold and silver jewelry and embarked on a journey to find happiness.

He came to a temple and saw the young monk sweeping the floor. He smiled happily. So he went in and said, "Ultrafine products, why are you so happy?" The young monk smiled and said, "Because I am relaxed, I am very happy!" " ""superfine products, what should I do to be happy? My master said, "As long as you are willing to let go and do what you like, you will be happy." After listening to the little monk, he put down the gold and silver jewelry on his back. Sure enough, he was much more relaxed, so he walked out of the temple with a smile and shouted: "I am very happy! " "

Give up, give up, and you will get it.

Isn't the best way to do things is to learn to let go?

Isn't putting it down now just to get better later? Isn't man wandering between giving up and getting?

Desire is human nature. Under the temptation of money and power, we often can't control ourselves. It is because of desire that we struggle. But in the face of desire, it is often difficult for us to grasp, either failing or surpassing. So there are too many tragedies.

Therefore, you must learn to be willing to give up, don't haggle over trifles, relax a little, and you will live more easily.

Learn to give up before you get something. Look at the famous figures in history. Gou Jian, the King of Yue, tried his best to destroy Wu. Han Xin fought back the humiliation of his legs; Tian Ji horse racing, small and big.

People are like this, so are all things in the world, and gold will always be found in the sand; Cicada grows up in peeling; After the storm, the sun shines brighter.

Think about us in life, once chattered about a dollar; Because a word tears a ball; Swear not to talk to friends for three months because he did something wrong. Think about it, is it worth it?

Man's life is short. Should we waste this short life on such trifles? Wouldn't it be better to put these aside and find your own ideal?

Failure may get you into a trap, and success may get you into heaven. You often suffer from failure and become arrogant because of success. However, these things have already become the past. The past belongs to time. Let go of failure, but also let go of success and strive for new goals.

Everything depends on people's efforts, and people can do it or not. They seek concessions, patience and forbearance in their struggle. Think about it carefully, but I can't bear it. The small house is too small and the big house is too big.

Give up what you should give up. Sometimes a small house is just for the sake of being big. If you get what you deserve, sometimes you have to give up after you get it, so you have to go with it. Give up, you can give up money, fame and fortune, or you can give up life and all the dust.

Being willing is a realm of life, from the initial wealth, to desire, to pursuit, to life, it is a constant practice.

(4) What you gain is what you lose, and what you lose is what you gain.

Plants lose beautiful flowers and gain sweet fruits; The earth lost its new green and gained pure white snow; Human beings have been satisfied with material things and lost the touch of their hearts.

Gains and losses must be linked twice. The more you lose, the more you will gain in the future. Gains and losses are mutually causal and inseparable.

"Heaven will descend to the people of Sri Lanka, and they must first suffer their minds and work hard." God is fair, he wants to give you different preferences from others, and then he will take away your sense of superiority like others.

Loss is gain, and gain is loss. We pursue the development of material life too much and forget the laws of nature. We ask too much of nature. We get available resources, delicious fruits and delicious meat. God has given us a lot, but we are not satisfied and want to plunder, so he is angry. Let us lose more. Let each of us keep this in mind, and don't be too greedy.

If you are complaining about the hardships of life, you might as well look at the happiness you get in the hardships; If you are complaining about the boring study, think about the superior life you may get in the future; If you have a lot, don't be carried away by happiness, and be prepared to lose it.

Life is beautiful and heaven is fair. We should all know that sometimes, you get what you lose and you get what you lose. Don't crave too much and complain too much. If you lose on the left, you will get something else on the right. Enjoy the happiness of gain and loss, and believe in the law of fairness.

There is an interview question: you are driving and passing a station on a stormy night. There are three people waiting for the bus: one is an emergency patient; One is the doctor who once saved you; There is another woman (or man) who is your dream lover. But your car can only carry one person. What would you choose?

Of the 200 applicants, only one was hired. He said, "Give the doctor the car keys and ask him to take the emergency patient to the hospital. And I will stay with the girl of my dreams and wait for the bus. "

I told this story to many friends, and everyone thought it was a perfect answer. But at first, few people thought of it. I think this is because we never want to give up our advantage (car keys).

The greatest source of distress is suffering losses. People often can't understand. If you want to take something away, you have to give it up, that is, you are willing to give it up.

(5) How can you "get" without "giving up"?

Willing to give up advantages is sometimes a convenient way to give others and a way to sublimate yourself.

Growing up, everyone told me to grasp my own advantages and stand on my own advantages. Maybe I stood up several times, but my heart lost my sense of accomplishment and motivation. Gradually, I developed a sense of dependence. One day, when I found that advantage was no longer an advantage, I was at a loss and lacked a spiritual pillar, which made me uneasy. Like a bird with wings tied, watching its companions fly high, but nothing lingers in its place; Like a bug thrown into the abyss, groping in the dark, struggling in the dark, reaching out to touch everything around, except cold or cold.

Until I saw this story, I had a new understanding of "advantage". I've reconsidered the gains and losses.

"Advantage" can be a person's glory, but it can never be a dependence. Sometimes you have to learn to give up your advantages.

There is a saying: "You are constantly abandoning the beauty that you were proud of when you were mature." We can't live in the past, it will only become prisoners of history.

If you don't understand the realm of "giving up", the more you get, the more you feel burdened and can't get rid of it. As a result, all kinds of obstacles and interference will come one after another, lingering, making you difficult.

The happiness of "taking" has become a heavy burden. Once an advantage becomes qualitative and a burden, its value becomes a burden.

Just like you can't have your cake and eat it, when it's difficult to choose, or even confused by it, you'd rather have neither.

Advantage is just a kind of dependence. If you take it too seriously or even distort it, you will trip over it sooner or later.

"She" and "De" are two words that can't be simpler, but some people have made a fortune because of this, while others have failed miserably. The reason is that we are willing and unwilling to give up in the face of advantages.

Sometimes, being willing will improve your personality. Advantage is not the magic weapon to win. If you are willing to give up at the right time, your life may be different from others.

If you are willing to give up your advantage, you can't keep your feet on the ground after all. Willing to give up your advantage, maybe you can enjoy the blue sky beyond the white clouds. On the road of growth, let us learn to give up and experience the wisdom of life growth.

Third, there is nothing to give up and nothing to gain.

The origin is doomed, and the edge is empty; Everything comes from fate, it is fate. When you are alive, you will inevitably encounter many setbacks and difficulties; As long as you are alive, life can't be smooth sailing, you will encounter difficulties at any time, and there will be times of confusion.

So how should we face it?

Buddha said, "Nothing stands in the way, reason stands in the way, director stands in the way, and everything stands in the way."

In other words, all laws are universal, and the difference between thoughts is the key.

All feelings, fame and fortune, all difficulties and obstacles are external, and they are temporary for those who have a good heart. For those who are blind, no matter how small the difficulties are, they can't escape, and sometimes they even pay the price of their lives.

The best things are often the most difficult. If we find that we have nothing, we should think that at least we are still alive. Anything is possible as long as you are alive.

When we can't get through the bad situation, we should also understand that only the dead will not have troubles.

Therefore, it is not difficult to change your attitude towards life and see the world with a pair of positive eyes, but the key is to act.

Buddhists pay attention to "everything follows fate" and "let nature take its course". What should come will come naturally, and what should go will come naturally. Don't worry about tomorrow's sadness, don't be fettered by future depression, so that you can live a relaxed and happy life and face life with an open mind.

?

Buddhism's attitude towards life is not pessimistic, but optimistic.

The Buddha asked us to put it down. The so-called letting go is to let go of the obsession with things, all unnecessary burdens, all worthless vanity, and appreciate the happiness of life with a natural attitude.

The so-called optimistic life is not pessimistic, but positive and optimistic; Not see through, but see through; Not doing nothing, but doing it in time.

Although we can't take Zen as the only effective way to help the world and people, we can at least adjust our body and mind, promote psychological balance and increase our wisdom by learning the practice of Zen and meditation.

If everyone can face life with Zen's "normal mind", it will enhance people's positive attitude towards life, and the gloomy psychology will gradually disappear, thus mobilizing people's positive initiative, stimulating people's creativity and realizing self-worth. Then, people will face life with positive optimism.

There is nothing to give up and nothing to gain. Giving up and getting, like water and fire, heaven and earth and yin and yang, are contradictory and unified concepts. They complement each other, exist in heaven and earth, in life, in the heart, in subtle details, and contain all the mechanisms by which everything works. Everything is between wishes and wishes, achieving harmony and unity. If you want it, you have to give it up. If you give it up, you have it.
