It may not be modest to answer with the words "natural selection, user survival", but at least it should be no big problem.

In the long history and natural selection, many industries were eliminated because of the disappearance of social needs, and were sent to museums and put into time bottles of memory. This is a very normal thing.

"Building a house by beating blanks is a living dead man", which is to describe the fatigue of beating blanks. It's really hard to make a blank, and you can also make a blank weighing dozens of kilograms.

"Blank" is the main building material for building houses and building walls in rural areas of southern Hebei before 1970s. I remember my mother always said that we ordinary people can't just use bricks to build houses, and we can't afford to use them. The house with flat bricks at the top is a temple. It is great to build several houses installed in the back, but the brick walls are blank.

There are two kinds of blanks for building houses, one is made of mud. Mix the mud, shovel it into the blank mold, smooth it with the mud board, lift the blank mold, and a blank will be taken down. After drying, it can be piled up to build a house. Stripping takes a lot of space and a long time. A family can do it by themselves, or even by themselves.

The other is made of wet soil, which is called blank beating. This is a routine of concentrating superior forces to fight annihilation. It takes three or two days to hit the house blank, which requires short, flat and fast. So we must start from eight aspects: neighbors, relatives and friends. Because a family doesn't have so many strong laborers and so many people.

At least be prepared before you blank.

Prepare the venue and solve the problem of where to play. Combine with the production team leader, because any choice you make is zero without the consent of the production team leader. When choosing a site, it is necessary to go in first and then out to facilitate transportation. Secondly, there is good soil, and the requirement for soil quality is the best sand-clay mixed type. Sandy soil is easy to be moldy, but it is scattered, and the blank is easy to be broken, fragile and not strong. The green body made of clay has great strength, but it is not conducive to molding. The unevenness of the blank after discharging not only affects the appearance, but also affects the forming speed. The molder should always think about scraping the mold. After finding the site, water the soil area one or two days in advance to make the soil fully wet, and then you can make a green.

Personnel preparation, solve the problem of who will call. This requires the shipowner to carefully consider who is suitable, capable and active, and then consult with the parties before giving leave to others and the captain. If they are relatives and friends, they should ask for leave from the captain themselves.

Prepare tools and solve the problem of what to use. There are three tools for making blanks: blank mold, chopping board (pad), blank pestle, and shovel for filling the mold. The blank mold is actually a rectangular fence. Three sides are fixed, one end of the wide side is a living edge, which is surrounded by a slightly thinner baffle, and the opening is locked by a cork outside the baffle. Because of the baffle and cork, the long side is more than ten centimeters longer than the long side of the blank. The chopping board (pad) is a flat blank mold, that is, the operating platform for blank making. The length and width must be larger than the blank mold, and the thickness should be two or three centimeters. The blank pestle used for blank making is a rectangular stone with a height of 20 cm, which is chiseled with stone (mó). Its bottom surface is smooth, and it weighs about 20 kilograms. There is a circular groove in the middle of the stone pestle, which is embedded with a T-shaped wooden handle for two handles. The height of wooden handle and stone pestle is generally 50 to 60 cm. After all, this is not a common tool, and it is impossible for everyone to have it. It must be borrowed.

After the above three preparations are completed, it should be blank. The formula of blank beating is "put three shovels, jump three times (jump three times), hit enough 24 pestles, and move the blank with the cat's waist pouting."

It takes two people to make the blank, one is "beating" and the other is "filling the mold".

The die loader should first shovel the dead soil into scattered live soil, and the die loading is completed in three shovels, that is, the first shovel should be full, the die should be loaded with a shovel, the second shovel should be compacted, and the third shovel should be half shovel. Don't use a shovel, put a pile on the blank mold, and then use a shovel to cut off the excess soil along the long side of the blank mold.

After the mold loading is completed, the blank making machine comes out. He gently jumped on the blank mold and stabilized the soil in the mold with his feet. If this is the case, the formula is "jump three times (jump three times)". Then squat down on horseback and straddle the two long positions of the blank mold, lift the blank pestle with both hands and bend down to beat it back and forth, that is, the formula "hit the 24 pestle".

After the process of "typing" a space, the fourth process, "moving the space with a pout", is to move the space on the stack. Before moving the blank, the blank maker kicks back with his heel to break the cork, and the blank loader grabs the cork conveniently, then grabs the pin mouth in the mold state with both hands and walks towards his arms, so that the bottom surface of the blank is separated from the chopping board. Immediately, two long hands holding the blank mold are opened and closed, and the wide-sided movable baffle is used as the fulcrum to knock twice to separate the blank from the template. The blank manufacturer lifts the blank mold against the blank pestle and transports the blank onto the stack. A cycle is completed.

The stack is semi-circular, and xuàn is the ticket for Shaanxi Cave. A stack of blanks is generally 600 pieces.
