Graduated from Jing He Yu Kexin Girls' School. She completed the pre-university education in the National College, won the annual student award and presidential scholarship, and then graduated from the National University of Singapore with a master's degree in engineering (electrical engineering, first class honor) with 1976. She also holds a master's degree in science (electronics) from Stanford University. 1995, won the Friendship Award of Excellent Engineering School. She is also an honorary member of the Institution of Engineers (Singapore).
Jing He is the eldest daughter of He He, a retired businessman, and four children in his family. 1985 17 February1July, Jing He married Lee Hsien Loong, and her husband later became the third prime minister of Singapore in June 65438+February 2004.
