(4) Do not involve secrets in private communication.

(5) Don't use non-confidential books to record secrets.

(6) don't talk about secrets in non-confidential places.

(7) Do not record, copy, shoot, extract or collect secrets without permission.

(8) don't reveal secrets to irrelevant personnel.

(9) Don't use civil telephones, plain telegrams or ordinary post offices to handle secret matters.

(1) Visit public places or visit relatives and friends without secret carriers.

article 143 the carrier of military secrets shall be kept by a special person, and the procedures of examination and approval, inventory, registration and signature shall be strictly followed. In foreign-related activities, conferences and publicity activities, we must strictly abide by the confidentiality system and must not disclose military secrets.

Article 144 The troops shall, according to their work conditions, conduct security education and security inspection, and find that
