Coordinated Time
Chen Haiyan
The "Coordinated Method" written by the great mathematician Mr. Hua Luogeng is almost unknown to everyone. It is a very good article. The overall approach is a very good methodology that is very useful in daily life and work. Of course, usefulness is not guaranteed. It would not be good if you just apply it mechanically. I studied a lot of texts from elementary school to high school, but very few left a lasting impression. The overall planning method has a greater impact on your own life, such as cooking and eating snacks when you get home from get off work, doing laundry and mopping the floor on Sunday, and other small things. It also affects the time efficiency of doing work. What is shown in this process is that the idea of ????cherishing time is taking the lead.
How to let children learn to arrange their time reasonably is a very important issue. Learning to use time rationally is not only an important condition for ensuring the healthy physical and mental growth of children, but also a basic training for adult education. This training should begin in kindergarten. Children in kindergarten have understood yesterday, today, and tomorrow, and have known the year, month, and day. As they grow older, their sense of time continues to strengthen, but they have not yet truly understood that "an inch of time is an inch of gold, and an inch of gold cannot buy an inch." According to the principle of "time", there is no sense of urgency of time, and they have not learned to arrange and utilize time. Therefore, parents should help their children overcome all bad habits caused by a weak concept of time. It is necessary to enhance children's concept of time, cultivate children's good habits of cherishing time and being punctual, and pay attention to helping children use their time rationally.
Let children have a sense of time and cherish time from an early age, so that they can develop a vigorous and resolute style and have a sense of responsibility and urgency in everything they do. When studying, you can concentrate, look focused, and don't lose sight of things; when doing things, you can be orderly, quick and quick, and don't dawdle. At the same time, children can learn to arrange their time reasonably and manage their time so that their lives can be fulfilling and meaningful.
Through specific examples, let children understand the importance of cherishing time like gold. For example, we should first let children know the clock, understand the relationship between time and life, and know that they should not delay or waste time when doing things, but should cherish time like gold and race against time. At the same time, introduce to children the famous sayings and stories about cherishing time by celebrities at home and abroad, let them know the role and value of time, and gradually understand that "to cherish time is to cherish life."
You can set an example for your children by setting an example. Cherish time like gold and be a good example of punctuality and trustworthiness. This is an effective measure to educate children and strengthen their awareness of time conservation. Of course, while parents teach by words and deeds and lead by example, they should pay more attention to whether their children's behavior is correct or not, and encourage good behaviors; bad behaviors should be given up on the premise that children can distinguish right from wrong.

Top ten management skills to help you make reasonable overall arrangements Working hours
Have you ever had this experience: One day, you ambitiously prepared to clean up the things under your hands, but in the end nothing was accomplished? Maybe everyone has had this experience, but it is especially obvious in some people. Time management can help you organize your time effectively and reasonably every day, every week or even every month. It is very important for everyone to use these time management skills to help you organize your time. Organizational techniques are one of the simplest compared to other techniques. For example, all the time management advice is included in forms where you fill in the tasks you want to accomplish. For many people, this is the simplest and most common. Of course, making and filling out forms can be difficult for some people. This is a question of talent and has nothing to do with a person's logical ability, spatial imagination, creativity and abstract thinking ability. Time management requires some training, and if you are not prepared to receive specialized training, you will not be a good time manager.
Now I will introduce to you the top ten time management methods that I have summarized. It's worth noting that I didn't call this the "best way". But these methods are helpful to me, and I hope they can be helpful to you too.
1. Make a list of all the things to be done for the day every morning
If you do not do things in the order of doing them, your time management will not be efficient. of. Every morning or the night before, make a list of things to do for the day. This list includes both business and personal items. Write them down on paper, a workbook, your PDA, or something else.
In the course of a day's work, check it frequently. For example, ten minutes before a meeting, take a look at your notes. If you still have an email to send, you can use this gap to complete the task. When you've finished recording everything above, it's a good idea to go over it again. If you feel the same way I do, then you experience a sense of satisfaction by checking each item after completing the work.
2. Record the work to be done next on your list as well.
After completing the work planned at the beginning, record the next things to be done on your list. On the daily list. If your list is full, or a certain task can be done on another day, then you can count it as a work plan for tomorrow or the day after tomorrow. Have you ever wondered why some people tell you they plan to do something but don’t finish it? This is because they did not record these things. If I were a manager, I wouldn't tell my employees over and over again what we all need to do. I never trusted their memory. If they don’t have a pen and paper, I will lend it to them and ask them to write down what they need to complete and the timeframe.
3. Rearrange unfinished work for the day
Now you have a daily work plan, and you have also added new tasks to be completed that day. So, what will be done with the unfinished work items at the end of the day? You can choose to postpone them to the next day and add them to your work schedule for tomorrow. However, I hope you will not become a person who procrastinates. There will always be endless things to do every day. In this way, the daily task list will be more expanded than the previous day. If something is really important, no problem, finish it the next day. If it's not that important, you can make it clear to the people involved why you didn't finish it.
4. Remember appointments
Use your note list to help you remember appointments, including appointments with co-workers and friends. In my experience, busy people miss appointments more often than they keep them on time. If you can't clearly remember whether you did everything, then be sure to write it down and use time management techniques to ensure it's completed on time. If you really can't make it to an appointment because of something else, you can call your date in advance to let them know.
5. Make a table and record the things that need to be done first this month and next month
I know that many people have begun to make daily work plans. So how many people will take a higher level of planning for what they need to do this month and next month? Unless you are engaged in a trading job, your schedule is always about recent tasks. You often summarize at the end of each month and start rearranging planning at the beginning of the month. List planning of a month's work is a higher level method of time management. Again, what you include in this list must be the work that you must complete. At the beginning of each month, add to the list any work that was not completed last month but must be completed this month.
6. Record the work to be completed at a certain time in the future
Your note list cannot help remind you to complete the work to be completed at a certain time in the future. For example, you tell your colleague that you will work with him to complete a certain task in two months. Then you need a way to remember this and remind you at some time in the future. I usually use an electronic calendar because many electronic calendars have reminder functions. In fact, to be on the safe side, you can use multiple reminder methods. Once one does not work, the other will remind you.
7. Keep your desktop tidy
I never believe that a person who makes his work environment a mess will be a good time manager. In the same way, if a person's bedroom or office is a mess, he will not be a good time manager. Because a good time manager will not spend a long time looking for the required materials in a pile of messy documents.
8. Put the documents and materials needed to do everything in a fixed place
As time goes by, you may complete many work tasks, so please pay attention to this. Keep everything organized and complete. I usually keep everything related to a certain thing together so it's easy to find when I need it. When I'm completely done with a piece of work, I move the stuff en masse to another location (see Method 9).
9. Clean up the documents and materials you no longer need
You may be surprised. In the past ten years, I have only had one drawer for documents, and there are all the documents I have stored there. working documents. I always put newly finished work files at the front of the drawer, and when the drawer is full, I clear the files at the back of the drawer. In other words, I always keep a drawer of files and the total never exceeds this range. Some people will keep all the documents. These endless documents and materials will eventually become waste paper that no one cares about, and many documents may never be used again. The documentation I'm referring to here does not include your workbook or necessary reference materials, but rather those documents that are used as a build-up. Of course, sometimes, I will also look for used files. Although they have been cleaned by me, I will always keep the originals in my computer.
10. Back up and clean your computer regularly
My approach to files saved on my computer is similar to what I said above. I would guess that 95% of the document printouts you save on your computer will probably remain in your hands for three months. I regularly back up files to CD and immediately delete files that are no longer needed on the machine.
