There are frequent bugs in Otter Galactic Fighting Season 3. The long-lost Nexter has evolved into Noah again. In fact, this can't be explained. As early as in the Galaxy Altman Theater Edition, Nexter was defeated in the battle and locked up in the space-time city by Aitalga.
