A man with both ability and political integrity, a thousand troops are easy to get, but generals are hard to find, but it is difficult to meet bosom friends and cherish in life; People without virtue and talent dare not avoid it; People with talent and no virtue stay at a respectful distance; A man of virtue without talent is an acquaintance. Looking for gold in the sand, cherish your true friends like gold. Friends that don't need to be cherished should be discarded like sand, and friends that need to be cherished should be preserved like gold. Zhuge Liang has a famous saying: the ministers who are close to the sages are far from villains, and Han was so prosperous before that; You little people, far from being wise ministers, have been so depressed in the Han Dynasty ever since. It was at the age of knowing destiny that I really understood the true meaning of Zhuge Liang's famous saying.
