Influenza, referred to as influenza for short, is an acute respiratory infectious disease caused by influenza virus, which is highly contagious.
The source of infection is influenza patients. Influenza is mainly transmitted by air or droplets in a crowded and closed environment, or by direct contact with the secretions of patients. People are generally susceptible. The incubation period is short, usually 1-3 days.
Influenza epidemic has certain seasonality. The epidemic situation in northern China generally occurs in winter and spring, and cases occur in four seasons in the south. The main clinical manifestations of influenza are fever, headache, myalgia, fatigue, rhinitis, sore throat and cough, and gastrointestinal discomfort.
1. Open doors and windows regularly to maintain natural ventilation. It can effectively reduce the number of microorganisms in indoor air, improve indoor air quality and adjust indoor microclimate. It is the simplest and most effective indoor air disinfection method.
2. Vaccinate. There are vaccines for common infectious diseases. Planned artificial active immunization is the main link to prevent various infectious diseases, and preventive vaccine is the best active means to prevent infectious diseases.
Class B infectious diseases:
Class B infectious diseases, also known as strictly managed infectious diseases, include: infectious atypical pneumonia, human infection with highly pathogenic avian influenza, viral hepatitis, bacterial and amebic dysentery, typhoid and paratyphoid fever, AIDS, gonorrhea, syphilis, tuberculosis, polio, measles, whooping cough, diphtheria, epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis, scarlet fever, epidemic hemorrhagic fever, rabies, leptospirosis, brucellosis, anthrax, and so on.
Such infectious diseases should be prevented and controlled in strict accordance with relevant regulations and prevention and control programs.
Among them, infectious atypical pneumonia, pulmonary anthrax in anthrax and human infection with highly pathogenic avian influenza are listed as Class B, but the prevention and control measures of Class A infectious diseases can be taken directly.
