Excerpts from students:
* Clothes - ① Useless, don’t buy them!
? ②The emphasis is on planning
? ③Sleep, sleep more and exercise more, eat well and get enough rest.
* Save money without delay. (Buy less clothes, things you like but don’t need.)
* Self-care: Learn to love yourself well
* The four pillars of self-care → mental health, good sleep, health Diet, physical exercise.
* "Digital detox" is to quickly get rid of dependence on technology products within a specific period of time. (Try to keep electronic products out of the bedroom and read paper books before going to bed.)
* Find activities that don’t involve using your phone. (Read a book, or exercise.)
* Developing the habit of regular exercise will benefit you immenselyv. (They say you shouldn’t think of exercising only when you’re sick. Try doing yoga three or four times a week, skipping rope every time. Don’t think about losing weight. As you get older, your metabolism slows down. It’s good to exercise to stay healthy. Don’t ask for it. Too high, afraid that I can’t do it)
* Life is endless and learning is endless. (Test, test, test, improve your skills, solve the problem of making a living first, and then think about poetry and the distance.)
* The reason we can’t persist is because the goals we set are too unrealistic.
* Start early. (There is an exam in November, and there is a lot to memorize. Start reviewing from now on. There will always be a way to pass the exam!)
* Bullet Journal (I don’t know how to use it, I am studying, maybe then You don’t need that many notebooks. )
* Be flexible when making plans, even if things don’t always turn out the way we want.
* Create something every day. (If you can’t write it down, just look at famous quotes and write down your thoughts!)
* Treat the bedroom only as a place to sleep, and try not to treat it as a multi-functional area.
* Only reference books remain. (I bought a lot of books. After reading one, I will sell it online or exchange it for books.)
* Knowing which clothes you will still wear in 10 years is worth buying. (Probably something like a windbreaker or overcoat. Ten years later, the body can still be stuffed into it or stretched out, which is great!)
* Create a seasonal capsule wardrobe that will make you look as far as the eye can see. It's easier to choose what to wear when you only have clothes to wear in the next 3 months.
* Inventory clothes 4 times a year.
* A clean and tidy home does bring us physical and mental benefits.
* Taking care of housework and tidying up the home environment is essentially an act of self-care.
* Set aside some time for yourself every week, even if it is only half an hour. (Probably drinking milk tea, eating melon seeds and watching a movie!)
* No matter what kind of exercise it is, just make yourself sweat. (Skip rope, you don’t have to go out, you can do it at home or on the roof.)
Insights:
1. I plan to buy the book "Bullet Journal" and read through it.
2. After reading the book, if you feel that something is suitable for you, use it in practice. This year I followed the trend and bought three floral long skirts, but I couldn’t hold my temperament. They fit well, but they were chunky and short! Throw it away. I am over 30 years old and my hot pants no longer suit me, so throw them away! I always pursue simple, elegant and comfortable clothing. Try it again and you will always find a clothing style that suits you.
