In terms of moral character, I don’t think I have a big problem. After all, I am a highly educated person and consider myself to be a well-trained, well-educated and top-notch person with basic skills.

Ideologically, I always demand myself with patriotism and communist consciousness, and inspire myself with the deeds and famous sayings of famous people, so that I have no fault in moral character and have not given any wrong to anyone. This leaves room for blame. The only thing is that because I have been influenced by various romantic literature and arts for a long time, my external expression shows too much strong romantic and idealistic colors, and sometimes seems to be incompatible with the current real society.

My goals for the future are:

1. To demand myself more strictly at work instead of standing still and being self-righteous.

2. Be modest and prudent, guard against arrogance and impetuosity. At work, humbly learn from the advanced teaching experience of colleagues, think of others when they see talents, follow what is good, and take the initiative to build a good relationship with colleagues. Be cautious in speech, behave appropriately, and hold yourself to the standards of a people's teacher and police officer.

3. In other aspects, we must be more proactive in completing the tasks assigned by superiors, correct any shortcomings, correct any shortcomings, and strive to do the work perfectly and impeccably. Learn more professional skills in school and strive to have multiple skills in one specialty so that you can achieve better results at work.
