"Knowledge is enviable, better than wealth" is a traditional Chinese proverb, which shows the importance of knowledge. "Life is boundless, and knowledge is boundless", as the sage Zhuangzi told us, is the persistence in acquiring knowledge.

"Knowledge is the information that people use to improve labor productivity" and "Knowledge management is the change and transcendence of information management" are the knowledge cognition of westerners. Compared with the meaning of eastern philosophy, western philosophy is more direct and practical.

We have to admit that the invention right of modern empirical science comes from the west. Knowledge has "property rights", and the key to wisdom was originally in the hands of westerners.

Intellectual property rights refer to "the exclusive rights enjoyed by the obligee to the intellectual labor results created by him", which are generally valid only for a limited time. All kinds of intellectual creations, such as inventions, literary and artistic works, and signs, names, images and designs used in business, can be regarded as intellectual property rights owned by a certain person or organization.
