Hello!
Thank you very much for reading my recommendation in your busy schedule. With love for the student union, I sincerely recommend myself to you. The following is my personal introduction:
I'm Rao Ning from xx class of Institute of Physical Education, and I joined the Student Union Accommodation Department in 2008 10. I am a cheerful girl, always smiling and treating others with a smile. I like to share my happiness with everyone. I have a wide range of hobbies, like traveling, listening to music, playing chess and all kinds of sports. I am a down-to-earth, diligent and self-motivated student.
As soon as I entered the university, I was strict with myself and determined to make achievements in my college career and develop myself in all directions. I am also a perfectionist. I know there is no perfect person in the world, but we can pursue it and keep getting closer to it. Everyone has shortcomings to some extent. I compare these shortcomings to an invisible hole. We all know that holes can be mended, just as shortcomings can be corrected. It also depends on how we fill this hole bit by bit, that is, how to improve ourselves bit by bit. The hole is invisible, just like people are not perfect, and we may never be able to fill it, just like people are not perfect, just like learning is endless. So I will keep filling holes, learning and improving myself. Therefore, I chose what I pursued, what I chose-the school student union.
In 2008 10, I attended the interview meeting of the new director of the Student Union. Through careful preparation, I successfully passed the initial and second examinations and entered the housing management department of the student union. Although I was scared and nervous in the process, I seized the opportunity. I believe that opportunities often come to those who are prepared, so I made careful preparations and I succeeded.
After entering the student union, I got a lot of exercise. Unite with classmates in life, be diligent and conscientious in study, and be conscientious in work.
On October 20, 2008/kloc-0, our student union held a meeting of all new officers of the student union of China West Normal University. In this meeting, through the introduction of my brothers and sisters, I got a better understanding of various departments and offices of the Student Union. Brothers and sisters taught us valuable experience in work, study and life, and taught us how to do it:
1. Observe discipline and be strict with yourself;
2. Have a sense of responsibility;
3, careful work, every detail may have great consequences;
4, to have a good attitude, just like "attitude determines everything, habit determines fate";
5. Study hard and correctly handle the relationship between study and work;
6. Communicate more in life.
At the meeting, Mr. Rola Chen also taught us to understand the truth that "there is no river we can't step on, and there is no mountain we can't climb". As long as we work hard, we will walk out of the "night" and move towards the "sunshine". Teacher Chen also taught me how to deal with interpersonal relationships and how to deal with the relationship between study and work.
On October 27th, 2008/KLOC-0, I attended the "2006 New Officers Training Conference of West China Normal University". In this training, Sister Wu gave us instructions on etiquette skills and told us how to introduce ourselves. When talking to people, don't grab words, don't interrupt when others are talking, and smile when talking and doing things. Brother Yang Li taught us organizational skills. He told us to communicate more with our classmates and teachers and strengthen our contact. Brother Wang Biao taught us editing skills, how to select manuscripts, select manuscripts and review manuscripts; Sister Zeng Liyan taught us how to take minutes of meetings; Sister Xu Wanting taught us how to write and post "notices" and "red lists" ... I gained a lot under the training and teaching of these brothers and sisters.
Entering the residential management department of the student union also learned a lot, and applied the experience of brothers and sisters to practice to a certain extent. During this year, TanJing, Li Ziwei, Pengyang, Liu Bin and other brothers and sisters taught us a lot, not only guiding us to do our daily work, such as going home late, getting up late for inspection and cleaning inspection. Brothers and sisters also asked us to do things seriously and do more publicity in our work, telling us that the purpose of inspection is not to arrest people, but to improve the quality of students through inspection. Brothers and sisters also taught us how to be a person and what kind of person we become. "We should treat others as we need them to treat us." In the process of work, brothers and sisters saw that our enthusiasm for work declined, so they communicated with us, encouraged us and told us not to give up. ...
In the past year, I also actively participated in other conference activities and got some exercise. Under the guidance of leaders and brothers and sisters, my ideological quality has improved. The working ability has been improved; Cultural trust has improved; My practical ability has been improved ... I have learned more than that during my time in the student union. Some of the things I learned in the big family of the Student Union can't be learned anywhere else. I am grateful to this big family, grateful to this knowledge-rich stage.
