2. The required information

Passport photo of the baby (the application form has specific photo requirements, and the child’s name and guarantor’s signature are required on the back of the photo).

3. Things to note

Once again, be sure to take your children with you. The guarantor must be found well. He/she will help you verify your child’s identity with the staff on the phone and sign your application form. The child's birth certificate must be translated, regardless of whether it is your first time to apply for a passport. The original documents that the staff will collect include the child's old passport, birth certificate, and citizenship paper.
