2. Open PS, Ctrl+N, create a new file, choose the resolution of the computer for the size, choose pixels for the unit, and the resolution is arbitrary.

3. Open the background image and drag it to the newly created file. Ctrl+T, change and resize at will, and do whatever you want.

4. Select the horizontal text tool with the size of 72 and enter any text at any position.

5. Double-click the font layer and set the style of the font layer as: shadow, external light and strokes. Adjust the parameters of the shadow by yourself.

6. Set the layer parameter blending option at the top of the style, and change the fill opacity to 0 or any value you like in the advanced blending.

7. Press the T key, select the horizontal text tool, click the word just entered, Shift+A Select All, click the text adjustment icon above, and adjust the font at will. The adjustment method is to hold down the symbol, drag it left and right, and set the font at will. Adjust to any size and position.

8. Create a new layer. The shortcut key is Ctrl+Shift+N, select the ellipse tool, draw a big circle on the map, and then execute Filter-Render-Cloud.

9.CTRL+T freely transforms the size below the picture. This step is to make a whirlpool in the picture to make it look like the visual effect of the fire in this whirlpool. Select the color filter in the layer blending mode, or soften and adjust the opacity of the lower layer.
